location by Chateau and parking is possible close by in a quiet village. Lidl and Carrefour around 1 km away for food.
Nice space and room was acceptable. Heating could be turned on (was cold when we arrived – cost of heating high!).
washing machine was useful tho had to dry by heaters and towel railway was evening. Key collection in a lock box.

Curtain in bedroom was long so needs to be cut as heater remains behind curtain when connected. We placed the curtain above the sill and and object to keep it in position so the heater was unobstructed.
The pillows are square and large (we didn't see any others). We travel with our own pillows though recommend smaller and other choices of pillow.

Easy to find, and good entry system, very clean and tidy, all facilities excellent, Excellent kitchen equipment, heating easy to operate.

Unfortunately WiFi was important to me but impossible to connect. So had to leave after 1 night, Also to many things asked to be done on leaving, would expect to strip bed and leave tidy, but not a spring clean,

The renovation has been done well and the photos are an accurate reflection of what the property is like. We stayed here as we were visiting the chateau as part of a road trip so it was just an overnight stay. The courtyard is small but there is a little table that makes it perfect for eating outside. The street is quiet and we were able to park outside the property. We liked the decor and the kitchen was well equipped. The chateau is one minute away.

There was a musty smell in the bedroom. I think this is because there is exposed brick work that isn't sealed. The bedroom window didn't have a turn and tilt function so the only option to air the room was to have the window fully open and the window is literally next to the pavement. The bedroom is very small and the bed just ok, not uncomfortable but I wouldn't say great either. The kitchen is well equipped but with just 2 electric rings and no space either side of them to put anything it wasn't a very easy kitchen to prepare a meal in. The size in the photos is however representative of the kitchen but with a lot of stuff in it there is little space. The instructions for how you must leave the property are rather officious but to be honest we would always leave a place clean and have no objection to stripping the beds, we just were conscious not to make any mess so we didn't have to hoover the floors! We did not receive any communication from the host when we booked and I had to message to ask when we would get the lock box code. I did not like it that we were told that we would get the lock box code when the property was ready. I think the owner believes she is being helpful by sending the code and saying the property is ready so you can access it early but actually I didn't much like receiving the code in the afternoon of our stay. We travel A LOT and this is unusual.

L'emplacement, a quelques pas du château et a proximité du zoo de la Flèche.
L'appartement a du charme et regrettons que le temps pluvieux nous empêche de profiter de la jolie courette aménagée avec fantaisie.

J'ai fait une chute très brutale dans la salle de bains en sortant de la douche. Le carrelage est extrèmemnt glissant et j'aurais aimé en être informé. Cette chute m'a conduit à l'hopital et mis fin à notre voyage !

Le côté cosy du logement. Tout était préparé pour notre fils de 2 ans et demi. La communication rapide avec l'hôte.

Nous avons dormi dans un des appartements d une maison construite à la fin du 18ème siècle, restauré dans un style très moderne au centre du Lude et à 1 minute à pied du château.
Nous y étions pour une nuit et n avons pas préparé de repas mais la cuisine est très confortable. Elle dispose en plus des équipements habituels d un lave linge.
Une toute petite cour fleurie permet de s installer autour d une petite table de jardin.
La chambre est petite (comme dans les très vieilles maisons de village) mais confortable, la literie est bonne et propre.
La salle d eau dispose d une douche, d un WC et d un lavabo nouvellement installés.
Nous n avons pas rencontré notre hôte mais avons été en contact par SMS avec elle. Nous la remercions pour sa disponibilité.
Nous avons pu garer notre voiture juste devant la maison, la petite ville est très calme.

Nous n avons aucun commentaire négatif à faire

Le couchage dans le salon (canapé lit très inconfortable ).
Sans changement de mobilier, je pense qu’il serait mieux de le louer pour 2 personnes seulement .

ce petit gite, très bien situé, à proximité du château, est vraiment bien conçu et bien équipé. La propriétaire, très à l'écoute, répond très rapidement à la moindre question.
