"Horrible hotel”

The hotel is bit far from city but a walk distance. the hotel look very old. the sound proof of the room is very bad. During our stay the hotel welcome a group tour and it's missable in the morning, as they woke up early and need check out. there are shouting at the walk way and we can't even sleep.

the room is no AC and if you open the window or balcony door, there is so noisy and the balcony is join and everyone can walk by.

We have a very bad experience and the hotel staff also do not care.

"Did not stay & found alternate accommodation ”

Very dirty, room was too hot and strong smell of cigarette smoke and I felt unsafe. The bed was dirty. It felt like a youth hostel.

"The best Apartments in Northern France”

We stayed here for two nights when visiting Lille. It isn't in the centre but Lille is so easy to get around with a good metro system and it's only a 5 minute walk from Marbriere station.

The rooms are unique, bed was comfy and style and finishing is nice. We were greeted by a French Lady that was so pleasant. She welcomed us with coffee and stuck around to give us info on the metro, the city, history and everything that came to her mind.

Overall, two thumbs up. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping into Lille.

"Terrible after hours check in”

We booked the hotel at around 10:30 pm and arrived 11:30pm. Upon arriving it looked like an apartment complex and NOT a hotel. There were many people waling in and out who seemed to live there. There was no lobby, just a closed reception area with instructions to call their hotline if arriving after hours. Since we came through Belgium we didn't have a working phone. There was no phone there to call them so we had to ask some strangers to borrow their phone. Since the people on the phone couldn't speak English the poor strangers had to spend 10 minutes giving our name and booking info. We were then guided to a security box with a bunch of envelopes. We were told to take an envelope with a random name, not the name which we booked under. The strangers left and we got the key, only to discover the room number on the key was in letters and not numbers. Several trips in the elevator later there was no room to be found with the letters. Hence, another stranger with personal phone had to help us and called the reception again who informed the stranger that the room for this particular key was number XXX. So, just to check in after hours we spent over an hour trying to find the room, getting help from two strangers and finally getting in. Advice to the hotel: Have a phone available for guests arriving after closing time so it is clear how to proceed.

"Confortable Apartel”

I enjoyed staying there for a week. It was very covenient with kitchen, fredge, utensils, coffee maker, etc. A bit of walk to a big super market (20min to Carfur near station) but still there are a couple of milk shops in 8-min walking distance.
May be a bit tricky to find if you come first time. Better check on google map before leaving home.

Enjoyed stay for conference for 8 days. Kitchen was very useful for relatively long stay though the supermarket was a bit far. 8min walk to Lille Grand Palais, 6 min walk to Metro Station.

"BIEN MAIS POURRAIT ETRE MIEUX”

Le terme appart sous-entend un minimum de services liés à un appartement: plus de matériel de cuisine, des rideaux propres, des moquettes lavées, plus d'aération afin d'avoir une température agréable et pas la canicule dedans alors qu'il faisait 20° dehors. La partie hôtel était bien, lits, serviettes, accueil, parking.

"Bon concept mais déception”

Personnel courtois et sympathique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas simple à trouver le soir quand il fait noir et que l'on est à pied. Un fléchage serait le bienvenu. Chambre située sur l'autoroute , malheureusement très bruyante malgré un double vitrage et un sur vitrage ! Chambre surchauffée à mon goût, je n'ai pas trouvé un bouton pour régler le chauffage rayonnant de 2000w dans la chambre. C'était désagréable. La propreté n'était pas optimum ! De la poussière dans la chambre (cette chambre n'avait pas été faite depuis plusieurs jours ). Une grosse tâche sur la moquette de la chambre, toile d'araignée au-dessus de la douche, WC sale et entartré, cuvette sale…. substance orange collante (de l'urine qui a eu le temps de vieillir je pense). Des moisissures dans les coins de la douche et au niveau des joints. Par contre, le lavabo, la kitchenette et le frigo étaient propres. Une chambre à moitié faite ? Chambre mal insonorisée (canalisation d'eau bruyante, clients bruyants : cris).

chambre rénovée, lit de bonne qualité pas de climatisation, mais l'extérieur est très médiocre, balcon en verre et vitre non lavés depuis des années. escalier avec des cannettes de bière … Odeur dégueulasse, non adapté pour une famille avec des enfants.

Des l'entrée dans la chambre, très forte odeur de tabac froid. Arraignées au plafond. Vitres sales. Cheveux dans la douche. Linge de toilettes usées.

Séjour correct mm si les chambres ( 320 au moins )auraient besoin d'une petit coup de "fraicheur" L'isolation face extérieure semble "légère"…la non séparatin des balcons
peut poser des "problèmes" pour dormir fenêtre ouverte..au delà dans la période et rapport prix c'est correct…

Bonne literie, appartement spacieux, personnel de l' accueil sympa. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits. En revanche l'appartement était très humide. Choses qui n' étaient pas importantes pour nous mais qui peuvent l' être pour d' autres : Très peu de chaînes de tv d17/arte/bfm, la douche fuyait, l'appartement mériterait un bon coup de propre. Certains doivent avoir été rénovés car les photos montraient un appartement en meilleur état.

refuser/ changer de chambres car celles situées a l arrière du bâtiment elles sont trop bruyantes et mal isoler phoniquement a cause de la proximité de la voie rapide.

มีเสียงรถจากถนนด้านนอกบ้างแต่ไม่ดังมาก ไกลจากตัวเมืองหน้อยแต่ไปสะดวกด้วย metro

"veel hotel voor weinig geld”

Ik had wat reviews gelezen en was redelijk voorbereid. Het is ons alles meegevallen. Vooral over de schoonmaak had ik minder positieve verhalen gelezen, maar alles was helemaal goed. Fijn groot bed enz.
