Location is good in the very center of Megeve. Convenient to shopping and restaurants, although no parking nearby. Recently remodelled and comfortable.

Pay attention to the details on Booking.com! This property has no towels, sheets, or even soap. If you regularly travel with your own linens this may be the property for you. However it's a bit ridiculous for a property at this price to not have the most basic of services. And the property management company didn't really see that as a problem: "there's a duvet and mattress cover, you can sleep on that."

You need to bring your own bedsheets and towels..we would suggest this to be included instead.

It was very difficult to book with a lot of formalities. There was not enough explanation or detailed map of the exact address for someone who visits for the first time .

Il manquait des équipements comme sèche cheveux ou kit bienvenu pour la cuisine (éponge, lavette, bouteille d’eau et capitule café) des détails importants car période creuse à megeve et pas de supermarchés ouverts. literie à améliorer. manque de confort.

L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement moderne, propre et conforme au descriptif.

le fait qu'il n'y ait même pas de savon, d'éponge, ou encore un torchon. L'équipement était minimal et pas forcément adapté (set de couvert comme louche à disposition mais une spatule en bois serait bien plus utile surtout avec les casseroles et les poêles). Les murs sont peu épais, on entend les voisins très facilement.

"Dirty and not matching the description, this is not a hotel! A terrible experience!

Unfortunately, nothing.

The room was dirty, with mould on the walls and a heavy smell overall. No parking spot was available, despite mentioned in the description and nobody could help us. This place is not a hotel, it used to be one some years ago, but not any longer: so no reception or information desk available. Just terrible!

We had the most lovely stay at Alp'Hôtel – a very simple hotel but with such thoughtful touches. The proprietor and his wife are so friendly, both helping to prepare the simple yet tasty breakfast (bread, jam, croissant and fruit) and cook the evening meal – he does the main and she does the dessert. We sampled the evening meal one evening and it was delicious – my fiancée doesn't eat fish and he was very happy to cook something different for her, without any trouble. On our last day we had to leave extremely early and the staff even went to the effort of making us a breakfast tray the evening before. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are happy with simplicity and would like a stress free holiday – they have absolutely everything you need and are the most friendly owners. Thank you! Fantastic location for a few days skiing. Great value for money. The rooms were lovely and cute. The breakfast was lovely consisting of croissants and fresh bread. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Only a few minutes walk to the main square.

There wasn’t anything not to like it was lovely.

"A comfortable, friendly, helpful place to stay.

Very friendly, helpful proprietor. Good location between Rochebrune lift and town centre. Parking for car and secure place to store our bicycles. Continental breakfast is simple but fresh and good quality. Being able to book dinner was a great option after a day’s walking.

We stayed during very hot, summer weather so (although it is not a very busy road) experienced road noise with the windows open.

This family run hotel is a gem very close to the Rochbrune Cable Car. I live nearby and wanted to have a staycation in order to meet friends for skiing. The Alp Hotel served its purpose. I received a warm welcome from the owners and the staff. I enjoyed dinner in the hotel and breakfast the next morning. Everyone was very helpful when I lost my mobile and then found it in my car! Thank you for my brief stay.

The hotel itself was simple with some very quaint traditional styling, which added to the charm of the place. The location was fantastic, short walks to ski gondola made for quick turn-around between breakfast and the mountain.

Beds were harder than I normally like but after a big day snowboarding, they were fine.

The lovely hosts were very helpful and the hotel had a family feel to it. Every morning fresh croissants with homemade jam was served together with juice and fantastic coffee. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are coming to ski. Definitely a value for money little gem worth a visit.

Nothing went well. A theft of 2500 euros for 5 nights but after 3 we went home because the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom old and the toilet flush didn't work. The kitchen had unsuitable pans for induction so we couldn't cook. There was no light above the table where you eat so we had to eat in the dark…There was no microwave and no kettle. Cleanliness was poor. Cobwebs, bad smell. I called the service several times but nothing. They told me they were not able to get me the pans. We were simply robbed!

Point remarquable : ce logement est très bien équipé, vous ne manquerez de rien ! On peut y trouver plus que nécessaire pour cuisiner, jeux de société, matériel pour enfant. C'est la première fois que nous voyons un logement aussi complet.
Propriétaire hyper sympa et très accessibles.
Décoré avec goût.
Nous avons été très bien informé sur notre arrivée avec des photos sur la marche à suivre pour arriver au logement 😀

Globalement, la salle de bain et la chambre étaient assez petite et etroits
Et juste manque de petits conseils de gens habitués nous auraient aidé dans notre séjour ( par ex quels resto faire, quelles chouettes balades,..) mais ceci n'est en rien un point négatif mais juste un petit plus qui aurait été chouette pour les touristes que nous sommes 🙂

L’emplacement parfait et le jardin très agréable . Prise du logement très bien expliqué.

C’était limite au niveau de la propreté du linge de maison. La pièce où il y avait le lit n’est pas une chambre mais plutôt un grand placard impossible de dormir à deux adultes . Le canapé était taché, une chaise longue du jardin cassée. Le ménage n’était pas parfait.

Appartement très bien situé à 10 minutes du centre de Megève très calme. Terrasse extérieure pour petit déjeuner et apéro. Très bien équipé et jolie déco Yvan très réactif. Je le conseille vivement.

Pas trouvé de housse de duvet ni de taie d’oreiller pour utiliser le canapé-lit (nous étions deux amis qui souhaitions dormir séparément), ni de poignées pour les casseroles. Difficulté à faire fonctionner les plaques à induction… celle d’en-haut à gauche doit être défectueuse, en tout cas on n’a jamais réussi à l’allumer.

Nous avons contacté Yvan en fin d’après midi, début de soirée pour une arrivée très tardive aux alentours de 23h30 et tout à été très facile. Nous avons que qq difficultés à l’arrivée mais Yvan était joignable pour nous orienter. Super accompagnement.
