"We have good experience

Compare to other reviews about this hotel, i find my stay was very pleasant. They gave us family room just for 2 people, which was very spacious. And i was thankful we didn't need to take stairs to get to our room, which right in front of receptionist. The hot water was working, they changed our towel and cleaned up the bed and bin. There are few cafes and supermarket near the hotel. To reach here just take RER D, took around 20 min from gare du nord. There is an elevator in maison alfort station, which is very important for us so we didn't need to take our luggage by stairs

There was not bath mat in shower room, so I had to step on the not clean floor directly afer the shower.
And the room was not cleaned up, there were some dust on the floor and the desk.

Although it is a little far from the city center, it is well within the acceptable range. The facilities are expensive, but the cleaning is thorough. There are plenty of dining facilities and supermarkets nearby.

This was a nice place to stay. We liked the updates. Very nice facilities and very clean. The people were accommodating making a cup of coffee upon request.

Please advertise so many stairs with no elevator. If not offering the breakfast just say so instead of going back and forth and advertising as so.

The property is in a residential area with private street parking. It is very close to the metro for easy access to Paris. Our room was in the loft , modern refurbished and very clean.

Super clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with good local bakeries and restaurants nearby, as well as Metro/buses, plus reasonable distance from airport by taxi. The hosts have limited English but were kind and helpful.

I can recommend that place, because it was a very nice stay for my family (pair with one child).
We have had clean room with comfortable beds. The dining area was accessible all the time, so we had a chance to stay in the evening at home (after long and busy day) and use food delivery service.
We parked our car on the street near the property and used the metro throughout our stay. The metro station is really close, so that was the right choice.

Very comfortable and clean, cosy rooms. Rooms are fully equipped with modern maintenance and furniture. The bed linen is very soft and clean. Very warm rooms, heating works very good. Location is very quite and good because is very closed to metro. At the night birds are singing. Super stay, as at home. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the family room loft. We arrived late and were met by Luc (forgive me if my memory has got your name wrong) and a large and thankfully very friendly dog! The room was very much beyond our expectations – spotless clean, a newly renovated feel about it all – very comfortable beds – with space to stretch and everything we needed down to toothbrushes and bottled water. A great in-room guide to the Maison Alfort neighbourhood. We tried the very good local Italian restaurant – local patisseries open at dawn. There are nearby laundromats. Yes – its a bit of a way out of town (20 stops on metro from centre of Paris) but this really is a very comfortable, quiet place at a very good price.

There was confusion over breakfast. It was advertised as being provided as an option. Yet we were not offered the choice. It seemed as if breakfast was only available if there were sufficient guests to warrant the effort?? Breakfast would have been a nice option to have.

i arrived in the hottest day in paris and i was very happy that the room has air conditioning. the places offer good value for money. its very close to subway that link to the paris city center so this was a great.

maybe in the future some small refrigerator in the room would be good. otherwise, all good.

muy tranquilo y aunque es un bajo no se oye mucho ruido. Nuevo y muy bien equipado.

Que tengas que depositar una fianza. Pone a 5 minutos de Paris y se tarda en transporte público entre 30 y 40 minutos.
El sofá y los cojines de las sillas un poco sucios. La cortina de la ducha. Debería tener mampara que es mas higiénico.

Jacuzzi facile d’utilisation, les huiles essentielles à disposition sont un réel plus.

Le jaccuzi est bloqué à une certaine température.
1 seul remplissage de jaccuzi par 24h, un peu dommage lorsque qu’on a payé ce logement uniquement pour le jaccuzi !

1 petite bouteille d’eau uniquement pour deux personnes (il aurait fallut une grande bouteille ou deux petites bouteilles)

Les accessoires sur place mettent un peu mal à l’aise pour les personnes non concernées

Pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil TRÈS TRÈS léger, le métro s’entend.

Tout était absolument parfait , le logement est très bien équipé et vraiment nickel.Tout est mis à disposition et bien pensé. Les petites attentions font la différence et on apprécie.
