"Great room, nice facilities, delicious food”

Lovely modern room, very spacious; the kids loved the triple bunk. Very nice and friendly owners, good pool and goats for the kids to see. Excellent breakfast, and a delicious evening meal as well, out on the covered terrace. Absolutely recommended.

Lack of bed side lights. The bath in bedroom was a bit impractical. (I know it's romantic!!) Better to have another shower.

Our group of 9 people stayed at Laurent's house for 2 nights for a wedding. I must say the hosts are some of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting with. The house is over 500 years old with lots of history but very well maintained. The breakfast and the large kitchen made us fell like having the breakfast from our nice and warm home. Plenty of parking space at the church across from the house. Thank you, Laurent! You are the best!

The accommodation area is in a nice town with plenty of parking and a pleasant rural atmosphere, located in a restored mansion with magnificent antiques, special attention has been paid to every corner of the guest rooms, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and stylish, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are perfect, a great shower and the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The hosts are wonderful, answered all our requests generously and with a smile, helped me prepare a surprise for my fiance for his birthday and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommend!!

"Incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay in gorgeous historic renovated manor

Absolutely gorgeous property and incredible hosts! Thierry and Laurent have done a spectacular job renovating this 500-year old house and garden, and have decorated the interior with all the finest touches. The breakfasts, dinner, outdoor walks in surrounding area, quiet village, comfortable and spacious rooms, and gracious hosts made our stay so marvelous. We hope to return, and can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful historic building beautifully and sensitively restored in a delightful peaceful setting. We had breakfast in the garden and it was magical. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is perfect.

"Exceptional stay in a chateau in a beautiful setting!

Fabulous! Warm, kind hosts, beautifully renovated chateau in the most peaceful setting imagineable next to forest and sheep frolicking in a nearby pasture – we originally booked for 1 night, but stayed two more because of the serenity which literally lulled us to sleep in the huge and very comfortable bed. Owner served a delicious breakfast and even took us to visit the 18th century chapel with its incredible frescoes and Marie Antoinette “M painted circa. 1760, as well as the tomb of the Count and Countess who lived here. Lots to see nearby – we visited the exceptional preserved Roman ruins and baths of the ancient city of Jublains (15 mins drive down a great country road), the medieval town of Saint Suzanne, etc. We are already planning a return visit.

"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

I don’t know where to start… Our stay with Roxanne and Patrick has simply been amazing. The castle is like a fairytale with jaw dropping decorations/art and incredibly large rooms. The gardens are a wonderful place to wander around while the chapel is perfect for a moment of silence. In the close surroundings are some great trails for walking and Lavas (approx. 15 mins by car) has a great selection of restaurants. Apart from all the beauty and luxury the hospitality of Roxanne and Patrick is like staying with family. They serve great breakfast when ever you feel like and they are always around to help out with any request you can think of. Don’t think again. Go. You won’t regret. And certainly you won’t forget.

"Immaculate Chateau experience in a calm countryside setting

A tastefully renovated Pigeonnerie with a new sparkling en suite bathroom and sitting room downstairs was our home for the night. The renovation has been made with an exceptional eye for detail – motion sensor light near the top of stairs in the bedroom etc. A very comfortable bed combined with a peaceful setting made for a very good night's sleep! Owners were delightful and let us wander the beautiful gardens – everything is immaculate!

I could have stayed longer but alas ran out of holiday…
