"Don't mind staying again

Close to the metro station and to the Disneyland. Also, close to grocery stores and all kind of restaurants.

The tenants in the building are a little more noisy, but that can be expected when staying in the apartment.

Check in was super easy the instructions were clear, close to shops, close to train station and 3 stops to Disney land. Clean, good facilities. Would stay here again. Also the WiFi was a bonus.

Thin walls so could hear the apartments next door talking but it didn't bother us too much.

"Great place to stay for Disneyland Visit

About 15min away from Disneyland by Train, The rooms are big and clean and staff are friendly. Only negatives would be that there is not that much to do in walking distance and the Hotel Breakfast is not very good.

"Very basic hotel

This hotel is a good location as its only a short few minutes walk from the train station. However thats the only positive thing I can say. Absolutely no character in this hotel. The smell coming out of and into the elevator on the 1st floor is desperate. The hallway reminds me of a factory rather than a hotel. The bed was comfortable however I was freezing all night. This hotel is fine if you want to be close to the train station and you dont care about staying somewhere nice.

I have stay here many times every time I go Paris shopping. It is near the RER n some basic shopping nearby. Only a few stop to Disney, La vallée and the Chessy train station.

For staying in Paris, this is probably one of the best value with good working air conditioning during summer, clean room and friendly staff.

"Easy stop off

The hotel was easy to find and staff very welcoming and friendly. We stayed here to break up our journey and had two triple rooms. The rooms are compact and a little dated but clean and comfortable, I understand the hotel is undergoing a renovation programme. A very short walk away there is an enormous shopping mall, if we had more time the teenagers in our group would have happily spent a lot of time and money there. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that.
The only hitch was a small confusion over booking via Agoda which I discovered after emailing the hotel to check the room layout. The payment had been processed as failed but Agoda sorted this quickly and the hotel were very helpful in responding.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel. It was a bit disappointing this time. The cleaning service was never perfect in all my 3 nights of stay. From no soap topup to no towel ,the water heater is also inconsistent.

"Clean hotel but terrible treatment

Euro Disney break 4 night stay. Allocated our rooms which although not beside each other as requested were just across the corridor. One room had a double bed and the other a double & a single. After the first night we set off for Disneyland (train station a 3 minute walk) Arrived back late that night to the hotel to find that we could not get into our room. We went to reception who informed us that we had been given the wrong room. They handed us our bags stuffed with all our belongings and a key for another room. We were not happy. We asked for the manager on several occasions during our stay and left a contact number but she did not contact us. We finally got to speak to her as we were checking out and expressed our unhappiness about how we had been treated. She was most unhelpful and just said it was a staff mistake when we checked in.
The hotel itself is a great location for Disneyland Paris. Train 7 Euros return per person. Good shops and restaurants very close. Breakfast good

"Avoid this hotel !

Avoid this hotel ! When I arrived at 2.55pm they said my room would be ready in 10
minutes. At 3.25pm I asked if our room was available. The receptionist got
the manager Juliet. She was
very rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me, would not listen to my
concerns and acted in an angry, dismissive and confrontational manner. She
mentioned I should almost expect this delayed check in given the price I paid
for the room , and that it should not be a problem for me and my family to
wait ! I think it is reasonable to expect the room to be available at 3pm. Ultimately Juliet stormed off, what a way to treat customers! The room itself was dirty, old with uncomfortable beds and one tiny pillow.

If you do not wanna stay neat the city and your main itinerary for Paris is disneyland you may stay here. It is near the train station. There is also a huge mall within 5 mins stroll with Carefour. It is also a few stations away from Val d'europe where the luxury outlets and primark are.

今回家族で利用しました。駅に近く便利でした。駅周辺には、夜営業している飲食店が多数ありました。ディズニーランドに行きましたが、営業時間始まりから終了まで電車がほぼ20分おきにあります。料金がお手頃なのでお薦めできます。

"Hotel vieillot qui a été tres mal renove

La chambre vraiment très petite aucun espace de rangement. Ne correspondait aux photos. Saleté sur le tapis. Rideau de douche défraîchi. Étrange robinetterie de la baignoire accrochée au lavabo. Jamais vu ça nulle part. Pas de prise au niveau des tables de nuit ni dans la salle de bain. Point positif : la literie était confortable et c'était calme. Conclusion nous y avons seulement une nuit et ce restera la seule et unique dans ce kyriad qui n'a rien de la renommée d'un kyriad. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Nous retournerons la prochaine fois dans un hôtel à proximité beaucoup plus propre et bien moins cher

Parfait pour une nuit proche de Disneyland. Le personnel est toujours très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et diversifié (sucré et salé). Prix raisonnable à 15 minutes du parc.

"Worth to stay if you visit Disney land

The hotel is quite worth to stay. you can either walk or take bus from Torcy station. but the only things I felt not so good is because of no escalator. You need carry your luggage up & down. Other than this is quite ok for me. Nice stay for travelling to Disney land

we stay here for La Vallee Village shopping, it easy to get uber and overall was good

This was perfect for our Disney trip; sleep & shower for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and small but for sleep and shower its perfect. Only one thing; there was a party going on Saturday night near the hotel with a lot of noise in the night.

Cons:
10-15min walk from RER station, lovely walk during the day but very dark at night.
Very small/basic room (was fine for us but be aware of you are usually used to a large apartment)
No local options for eating out in the evening apart from Burger King.

*The accommodation was ideal for our needs and I would stay again.

Group of 3 – we stayed here for 3 nights. Clean, beds were comfortable, would recommend you bring a pillow and towel if you want a bit of comfort. The ones provided are perfectly fine, but on the small side. 10 min walk from Torcy station, very quiet area.

"Average Budget Hotel

Stayed here for two days while visiting Paris City and Disneyland Paris. Location are very near to Disneyland but quite far from Paris City… There is no elevator, so you have to drag your luggage all the way up… Room are quite small but its cozy enough, plus point for this hotel are, its provide free parking & free wifi, also price are consider cheap… Overall it is a good stay…

Premiere Classe Torcy is a very cheap hotel, although you get what you pay for. It has a bed and a (very small) bathroom, that's it. It is well located for Paris and Disneyland, RER Torcy is 5-10mins walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and mostly clean, although I was given a smoky room when I asked for non-smoking. One of my friend's rooms was very musty/damp smelling, although another room was fine. I would not recommend staying at the hotel if you need uninterrupted sleep or are a light sleeper as the walls (especially those where the front door is) are not sound proof at all. I was woken many times by people talking outside my room, moving cases around, delivery trucks in the morning, drunk people yelling outside and surround rooms flushing their toilet.

Close to RER Torcy for travel to Paris and Disneyland. Cheap.

I spent 4 nights here and found it clean, but small, staff were friendly, bathroom very tiny but clean. lone traveller. but felt secure enough.

"An Economic Choice

our family enjoyed the stay generally. the room was okay, rather confortable, though it wasn't very spacious. the toilet was a bit small, but we still managed to get things done. the breakfast was good, with quite many choices of drinks and bread spreads. however, the walking distance from the rer station to the hotel was a bit far, which took us 15 minutes walk. there is one bus from the station to the hotel but it wasn't frequent enough.

It is clean, but really small. The service was okay, pretty good. Bad thing was that there was no kettle so we could not boil water to drink. It was a little hard to find too, because it was deep inside and blocked by another residential area.

De passage pour un week-end à Disney, cet hôtel est bien situé. Non bruyant, chauffage au top.
Douche peut être un peu petite.
Mais dans l’ensemble, tout s’est bien passé

Habitué à cette chaine, très déçu de mon séjour:
-Ménage non fait
-Serviettes non changées
-Porte mal isolée laissant passé le froid et le bruit extérieur.
Retour à Saint Thibaut des Vignes ( plus cher mais propre).
