Across the street from Monaco city border near Farmers Market and stairs and elevators. However, do not disturb signs should be provided, as cleaning walked in on me before check out when I was in the shower. They heard me and immediately closed the door.

They do not tell you in advance about all the extra costs. the rooms are dated and with old furniture. super expensive. they don't give you the room you asked for. they will just give you whatever they think it is for you. The bathroom is dirty with mildew on the walls and rust on the hinges

Everything was perfect, just the internet is so bad. Impossible to use for laptop for work and even what’s app calls are impossible to make. They have to improve it for sure.

Breakfast was surprisingly simple for a 3-star hotel in the citadel of fortune and glamour. No scrambled eggs with boiled or fried sausages… Cheese and meat assortment was pretty poor… If you want an egg – go and boil it yourself… Ok, no problem, I can boil myself an egg, but why then I pay 200 eur per night?..

The hotel is very conveniently located in between Monaco-Monte Carlo station & about 15 mins walk to Monte Carlo casino. But the room is not as shown in pictures. The bed is just a sofa bed and don’t expect much. Overall, with the price we paid for staying in Monaco, this hotel is consider affordable.

Lors de la réservation, j avais précisé que nous serions 3 ( 2 adultes et 1 bébé) arrivé à l'appartement, il n y avait qu'une serviette pour 2! Mon bébé n'avait pas de lit, le réceptionniste nous a mis dans la chambre à notre demande un lit parapluie que nous avons du monté nous même (une vraie galère le montage) mon bébé n avait qu'un pauvre drap sans couverture et nous une couette 2 places enveloppé dans une housse de couette 1 place!!
Le ménage et le changement de lits et serviettes sont payants en plus du parking!
Apparthotel hyper mal insonorisé, on attend toutes les voitures et motos!!
Bref une mauvaise expérience et nous avions hâte de repartir

i really like adagio apart-hotel services. breakfast is enough to make you full in the morning. the receptionist is great and very helpful.
if i come to monaco, i will be back again for sure.
the room is completed with dishwasher and the dishwaser capsule provided, actually they provided completely. there is microwave as well if you are lazy to cook your meal. overall is satisfying 8/10

Overall great hotel for the 5 of us. The bathroom is big and there is a functional kitchen. The balcony is huge!
Also huge plus side it is near to the Monte Carlo Casino and the train station.

It was comfortable.

The parking bay. There are two next to each other and they did not explain that it is possible to park in the wrong parking bay. This happened to me and so I did not use there parking and had to still pay both fees. So it was 40€ instead of 20 € they could have refunded my parking as I did not use there parking. To me it's just plain theft.

perfect location. less than a 10 minute walk to the casino Monte Carlo. very comfortable and clean rooms. Michael at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even had umbrellas for us on one of the nights it rained. He also let us know where all the restaurants, shops and grocery stores were in case we needed anything for our kids.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location was amazing and only 10 min walk from the Monte Carlo Casino. The rooms were also very good with everything you would need for a short break. We were also lucky to have a sea view room.

Perfect location only few steps from Monaco! The room was clean and very quiet! The french bed a bit tiny but the bathroom spacious and recently renovated. We had breakfast only once, the quality and the choice were good.

We liked everything since everything was as expected. The french bed it's tiny but it was clearly mentioned in the description, not a surprise. The coffee at the breakfast was too bitter.

Upon arrival, they told me that this room was already occupied, the room number on my check-in docs was crossed over, and I got a room on the 2nd floor.

"A good home base for a quick trip to Monaco.

The studio is conveniently situated in Beausoleil, just outside of Monaco. Beaches, shops, and other attractions of Monte-Carlo and Monaco-Ville are within walking distance. Since I travelled by car, I appreciated the private parking spot, but I was even more grateful for the flexibility of the owner (or, rather, her employee Olga, who brought me the key) as I arrived with a 3 hour delay. I stayed only 2 nights, so I didn't use most of the appliances, but as far as I could see, the studio is well equipped also for longer stays.

The private underground parking is convenient, but the parking space is really narrow. It took me half an hour to get the car in unscathed, and getting myself out of the car wasn't an easy feat, either. The large apartment complex in which the studio is located has a sterile and unwelcoming feel to it – I guess that's Monaco, but it was a harsh contrast against the lovely B&Bs I've stayed in before and after my stint in Beausoleil.

Location is great but there is around 600 stairs before the apartment which you need to climb every time. If you have a car with you this is not a problem.

400m from Monaco is a bit of a miss conception on location. It's extremely hard to get a taxi, buses are good during day hours. Otherwise it's a tough walk to Casino Square or the marina. Takes about 45min with 550m stair climb.

We had some not clear deadline for the keys, but it was also our fail to not answer properly timing. The Host was great and the apartment also.

maybe the only little "but" is some kind of ventilation system that we could not turn off properly during the night and it was a bit loud. It was not really a big thing… but in general the flat is great….

The people on the building starting with the manager was super rude and mean to us, the next day we stayed there they put some papers on the elevator and the wall saying that short term rentals were not possible making us fell super uncomfortable watching us everywhere we go on the building like we are doing something wrong… also there was the 600 stairs to get somewhere when was super hot and we couldn’t even breath properly. The taxi/Uber/bolt take forever to arrive because it’s far when they accept because sometimes they just cancel on you. The bed was uncomfortable made me had a bad backache and need a massage tissue when I left there.

A 5/10 min de marche de Monaco, cependant il faudra remonter les marches(attention pour les non sportif ) ou prendre la voiture. Il y a beaucoup de parking payant mise à disposition dans la principauté.
