"Relaxing Stay

my stay was good and relaxing. Hotel is located near the port. It is peaceful.

"Jamais vu un patron aussi désagréable

Le lendemain aprés de l'enregistrement, le patron insiste lourdement sur la non déclaration de mon bébé lors de la réservation en ligne. Mais il n'a rien dit lors de l'entegistrement au moment d'encaisser ??? Cela ressemble a une arnaque. Le jour suivant, après un douche froide (impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude), la femme du patron m'interdit de monter le petit déj à mon épouse dans la chambre… bien entendu refus du patron de rembourser le petit déj. Dont il avait demandé à payer d'avance comme par hazard…

Located in a very nice area. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything provided including hairdryer and straighteners. Very spacious. Accommodated us at very short notice. Private parking was excellent

Excellent appartement, propre et très bien aménagé avec ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et en produits d'entretien. Il est situé en centre ville près du port et des restaurants.
La place de parking est un véritable atout.
Appartement au 2eme étage, joli cosy avec la clim dans la salle et dans les chambres. Matelas du canapé de très bonne qualité.
Propriétaire réactive par message si besoin de renseignements. Clés récupérées dans une boite à clefs ce qui est très pratique.

Le parking est un vrai plus.

Le bip du parking fonctionne de façon intermittente. Pas de petite réserve épicerie dans la cuisine, slmt 2 dosettes café.

Très bel emplacement avec parking. Assez central pour aller sur Collioure, Banyuls et surtout faire des balades vers les anses, plages et le phare. Sentier du littoral accessible à pied.

Des lits très confortables, un appartement spacieux bien équipé et bien situé avec une jolie vue, un hôte très disponible et très agréable.

Le site de réservation, qui n'a pas répondu aux questions et qui à priori fixe des conditions ne correspondant pas aux exigences de l'hôte.

Tuvimos problemas con la reserva, al contactar con el apartamento nos dijeron que no lo alquilaban. Todo decepcionante. Tuvimos que buscar alojamiento por nuestra cuenta.

Staff was nice and the breakfast abundant and tasty! Should be great in summer, with the views and pool.

Double bed wasn't really double, but two singles next to each other. It's uncomfortable for a couple.

Our room and deck had a glorious view over the port. The pool was delightful. The free parking directly adjacent to the hotel was a real bonus.

The bathroom could do with upgrading but was adequate.
The restaurant was frequently full and unable to accommodate us, which was disappointing especially when it was very wet weather with a steep walk down to the restaurants around the port where there is inadequate parking.

Its location was ideal for us since it’s right on the coast line. Plus we had a wonderful time having tapas for dinner right on the bar area with it’s ocean view since the restaurant itself was completely booked. And the room was pretty nice too with a balcony.

Unfortunately the shower had water loss issue so there might be a bit of musty smell and that breakfast buffet doesn’t have that much variety of salty choices and coffee was awful.

Average gym, noisy delivery cars on Saturday between 7.30 – 8 A.M., we couldn't lock the door in our room.

We were upgraded to the panoramic view room. Felt really lucky to stay here and enjoy the view. Also lovely to have the pool and bar. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was left for cleaning for quite some time on our last day. In the end we just got in with the hoover in it lol.
We had ants in our room but they were dealt with quickly.

When we were there we had the impression the restaurant was not very well organized. The lady who seemed to have the lead did not pay us any attention after seating us until two tables that were occupied after we arrived were already served their drinks and ‘amuse’… However the food was very good. But the price for both a room with a view and dinner is quite high..

The food is absolutely delicious and the service in the dining room is excellent.

The rooms are too small, lack comfort and are in need of refurbishment.

Location above town, views to Port, new rooms on a modern building, good bathroom, great terrace and furniture. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast could improve, pool is already dirty and green although weather is nice to swim. Duvet on bed is too warm and I have to start Air Conditioner (now I feel cold). Simple sheets would be sufficient, the room is very well insulated and outside temperature is warm.

Excellent v helpful charming owner. Peaceful & stylish terrace – one of nicest places in town for guests to enjoy wine, beer & tapas. Hotel has lovely tree-framed view of port & very handy for bus stops. Balcony windows. We visited Les Clos de Paulilles and the beaches around by bus (taxi back); same bus (hourly even late Sept) to Banyuls and Collioure. Walk round to Cote Vermeille terrace to eat, or go to the end and have a shellfish platter above beautiful fish & food market where they’re landed. Port restos are better than they look! Nice hotel breakfast.

Would have preferred some kind of door hanging drape for privacy at basin/ in shower. Needed full bedside tables, had to use stools. NB if your luggage is heavy you will need taxi up to station as long steep walking/steps but that’s not a problem as hotel has such good location.

Rooms were new and our view was great. The check-in host was very nice.

I'm quite sure there was blood on our bedroom floor which I cleaned up. The toilet room smelled bad and the toilet lid wasn't cleaned well. The walls in the bathroom need to be wiped near the sink. I think the rooms need to be deep cleaned every week or so for these extra things because the hotel is new but is going to be quite gross in a year.

In addition the hotel is selling wine with recommendation really good. The wine has an excellent Price / quality.

The parking of the hotel is tiny don't come with a big 4×4!

Bruno's welcome and attentiveness during our stay were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the room was spacious and decorated with style and taste. The windows ensure complete quiet when closed. There is a lovely outside terrace as well as an inside library area to relax. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection of things to eat and great choice of teas as well as a coffee. In the evening we tasted some of Bruno's wine in lounge area – again with great attention to detail as he brought a little taster plate to accompany the wine. 5 star all round!

Very modern, chic hotel, beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. Hosts are very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. Car parking available immediately outside the hotel.

Port Vendres is a beautiful working port with good walks along the coast in each direction.

Loved this hotel with a little bar on the first floor. It's a small place and seemed to be handled by one staff member, who was stellar. Would absolutely stay here again. Make sure to note the check in timing as it is limited, but this is probably due to time of year.

Tout était parfait : l'emplacement sur le port, le confort de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner varié avec des produits locaux et maison, l'accueil et les conseils de visite sans oublier la découverte des vins locaux. Un excellent séjour !
Nos n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la terrasse, ce sera l'occasion de revenir à la belle saison.
