"Great base for seeing Provence

We stayed here for only a few nights as we traveled through France. It was a Great base to get to Avignon and Salon and Saint Remy and Cassis. The restaurant is good but pricy, be prepared. The breakfast was a good selection.

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly as well, but the rooms are dirty and the interior is old and tired. The room price is way too high, they definitely need to repair the interior and hire more competent cleaning ladies.

It was great staying in this hotel.
All staffs were really kind.
The room is little bit small because this hotel use old Abbaye bulit 17th century, but very clean.
If you stay this hotel, concern about the car. This hotel is located on the hill top. If you don't have a car, visiting may be difficult.

サロンドプロバンスにあると思っていたため、場所が分かりずらく到着に少し時間がかっかてしまいました。サロンドプロバンス郊外の高台にあり、景色は最高でした。修道院を改装したホテルは素敵で清潔感もあり良かったです。アメニティも用意されています。次回は連泊して食事なども楽しみたいなと思いました。

１泊だけの利用でしたがとても気持ちよく使用できました。３人での旅行であったため部屋が別々になると思っていましたが、ホテルの方の配慮で自由に行き来できる２部屋にしていただき過ごしやすかったです。また早朝、窓からの景色がとても素敵でした。夜の星空も忘れられません。修道院を改装したホテルですが
清潔感があり素敵でした。次回は連泊したいです。

景色がとても良い立地。レストランのテラスからの眺めが素晴らしい。
古い修道院を改修し、ホテルとして利用したとのことだが、狭い部分もうまく利用している。宿泊した部屋もかなり狭かったが、不便さはなく、居心地が良かった。サービスも良かった。

L'hôtel est certes très agréables mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. J'ai peine à croire qu'il était précédemment classé en relais & châteaux. Le batiment est magnifique mais la chambre était petite (et j'ai été surclassé en plus…), pas de canal + dans les chambres, pas de wifi non plus malgré le code gentiment donné à l'accueil (certainement du à l'épaisseur des murs de cette ancienne abbaye). Par contre l'accueil était à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. La jeune femme de l'accueil le lundi soir était parfaite.

В принципе отель не плохой. Но если хотите чтобы работал кондиционер – 10 евро, без него можно просто имереть. хотите беспроводный интернет – еще 5 евро. Завтрак, как и во всей Франции слабенький.

I can higly recommend staying at la maison d‘été. The hotel has very nice interiors, is very tidy and comfortable. Our room was big with a modern bathroom and a second room for the 3rd person. Everything very clean and new. The owner told us this has been renovated only 1 year ago. Best bread and croissants for breakfast! And the owner was just incredibly kind and helpful. We really felt welcomed.
Hotel is a great place to stay to visit Provence.Is conveniently located. Hope we can be back soon!

The venue is cozy with a European modern twist.

I don’t know how but Jacques always appears when you need him greeting you with a warm smile.

Each room is designed for comfort and each uniquely furnished. Bonus as this is not standard for a lot of venues there are AC units in each room so you’re able to regulate your own temperature

The location is precisely where you want to be. A bit off the busy path but right around the corner from practically everything you’ll ever need.

As you walk the street practice your Bonjour as you greet the locals.

The hotel has an amazing, posh design and high attention was paid to every detail. The room and common spaces were spotless. Our host, Jaques, was so nice and welcoming. He also recommended a great restaurant where we had a wonderful dinner.
Room had a great design, bathroom was large and extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean and basic, breakfast was decent and reasonably priced, Eva was very helpful and friendly.
Location is central and very close to some museums. Supermarket just a few metres away, Subway is beside and a pizzeria serving excellent pizzas down the street. Several nice restaurants nearby.
Only gripes are limited WiFi, in the sense that only 1 device can connect at any one time, and you need to re-login every 12 hours. Maximum 500MB usage per day.
It's a poor location if you need parking too, as the narrow streets offer few lots and it's not free and you can't park there on Tuesday nights as there is a market every Wednesday.

I booked online 1 room for my family of 4. Before leaving for the journey, I received an email from the hotel, stating that check-in was after 2PM.
I arrived at 2.45, inserted the provided code on screen, but it was not working. I called the assistance several times, they tried to help but did not succeed. They tried to get in touch with the manager, with no avail. In the end, they suggested I book 2 new double rooms, and then when somebody from the staff would show up in the evening, they would solve everything.
Well, when in the evening a lady showed up at the reception desk, she was very unprofessional and in a derogatory voice told me that I had to pay both the original room and the two new ones!!!! It was no use to tell her that it was THEIR OWN ASSISTANCE SERVICE WHICH HAD TOLD ME TO DO SO, she said OF COURSE, THEY JUST WANTED TO GET RID OF YOU!!!
We were there after a long journey from another country, treated like **it by this lady. She even called her manager, telling her we were insulting her, AND HE CONFIRMED THE SAME THING SHE WAS SAYING!!!
In the end I managed to have her cancel the original room. I spent twice the money with the 2 new rooms.
This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and INHUMAN. Never again in this place.
