Excellent value for the money. It was clean and the staff were helpful with any enquiries we made. Recommend the 10 minute walk to Paddys corner (Irish bar) and dine at the small bistro almost next to it. Three metro stops to the old town. Probably a little too far to walk.

Overall it was a good hotel. The staff Matais and Steven were good in extending their assistance and services.
The only problem I encountered was the non functioning of the air conditioner and I need to change the room. After changing of the room encountered the same problem.
Had to stay with the window opened and bearing with a small fan.
This type of inconvenience experienced is not acceptable from a 3 star hotel.

It is a nice hotel, it is just a little far from the city centre of Lyon but we were pleased with it. Very nice and clean.

"Value hotel when location is not important.”

The hotel is a little bit outside the beaten path and free parking is not available nearby, so be ready to pay if you need to park during the day. The night staff didn't explain clearly the breakfast time or local parking options. The bedroom style is a little bit on the old side and the bathroom is on the small side. Hotel facilities are OK, WIFI speed was correct. if you want a quiet room ask for a room in the back as the front avenue get busy early in the morning and could get quite noisy. There was an additional electrical heater in the room because the room's integrated reversible AC could not keep up with the below freezing outside temperatures.

Location was good, just beside metro. There are supermarkets around the hotel. The room needs hooks for clothes -and bags/stuff! The only place for hanging clothes was in the wardrobe.

Dark and small Under ground parking which made a bit difficult to maneuver.

"Not a pleasant experience”

The shower faucet had been broken and was leaking before we check-in. As a result there was little water go through the faucet which was really a nightmare in cold weather. The building was not really too old, but was definitely not well maintained. Stains could be observed in the sink and on the tap. Price is really good though. If you are on a tight budget, this is the place to go. If you expect a pleasant stay, please avoid this one.

Decent hotel at reasonable prices. Quite a distance from the main shopping areas but it's easy to take the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"Very pleasant and well located”

We were a group of 4 people in total and booked 2 rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very decent and comfortable, and so were the bathrooms. Regarding the location of the hotel, it wasn't too far off from anything but not too close either. I would say it took us about 20-25 minutes walk to reach Old Lyon, which is the main thing in the city.

The only gripe I have about the hotel is the PARKING LOT. The parking lot is VERY, VERY small, and there are pillars in the small lot, so it's very easy to scratch your car if you're not careful. Except the parking, everything else was quite pleasant. Would definitely book again.

This hotel is very close to Metro Station, which makes it easy accessible to move around in Lyon. The staff is nice and helpful, too. The neighbourhood is good so is good for people who looking for quiet place out of city center. However, there is not much restaurant or supermarket nearby, if you want to go out to eat, you have to go somewhere else.

"Good Hotel of Kyriad”

Kyriad Hotel Group always offer reasonable price even though the room is usually small, but were clean and tidy. This hotel located next to Henon station, only 1 mins walking distance, which is very convenience to move around. This reception is okay once we asked for additional request, even they are a bit not very helpful at the begining, but later on a senior staff try her best to help us, which we were apprepriate.

ひとり旅のシングルルームです。
地下鉄の駅から近いので地下鉄に乗るには便利です。
パールデュー駅からは遠いので列車できた場合は遠く感じると思います。
地理的には丘の上にあります。
街まで歩く場合は結構な坂道になっています。

清潔なお部屋で水周りも綺麗にされています。
アメニティはボディジェルと石鹸だけです。
歯ブラシはありません。
シャワーの勢いは良いです。

朝ごはんは10ユーロなので食べませんでした。
平日は9:30までのサービスなので時間的にも間に合いませんでした。

ホテル出て左ににパン屋さんがあります。
右に行くとすぐスーパーがありますが、閉まるのが早いです。
道路を挟んで前に薬局があり便利でした。
街の環境も良いと思います。

またリヨンに来る機会があったら泊まりたいと思います。

Très difficile de donner mon avis sur un établissement qui était ouvert durant cette période de crise sanitaire. Il s'agissait d'une chambre sans accès au restaurant mais le personnel était dévoué et m'ont dépanné avec un petit repas chaud le soir de mon arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable. Idéalement situé je le recommande vivement car en temps normal, il doit être très agréable d'y séjourner. Seul petit bémol: Le parking sous terrain ressemble plus à un jeu de Tetris qu'à un parking et j'ai bataillé 5 bonnes minutes pour glisser mon véhicule de location dont je ne connaissais pas vraiment les volumes entre 2 murs étroits avec d'autres véhicules garés qui gênaient la manoeuvre. Mais il y a des places dans la rue, j'ai donc renoncé au parking souterrain la deuxième nuit.

Assez propre mais reservation chambre côte cour, à l'arrivée ce sera côte rue (plein centre) equipements en panne (sèche-cheveux, lumière salle de bain, volet qui ne ferme pas), literie vétuste et petit-déjeuner pas assez cuit. Après signalement, aucun changement !
Très déçu, le rapport qualité/ prix est très en dessous de la moyenne!

Petit déjeuner à 10 euros excellent (varié et produits très frais) à recommander.
Personnel qualifié et très courtois.
Chambres basiques mais très propres et très bien agencées.
Tout y est (bouilloire chambre appréciée).
Salle de petit déjeuner coquette et très agréable (avec confort et cadre agréable). Personnel efficace et gentil.
