"A very comfortable stay, away from the town centre

A spacious, well-equipped room with a comfortable bed, good shower, and satisfactory kitchen facilities. Very quiet at night and only moderate noise from nearby building work during the day. Good boulangerie nearby.

Location is some distance from restaurants and tourist sites. Reception is not 24hrs. There was an issue with breakfast – a long wait for a minimal makeshift breakfast. This was due to some mix-up, and I received an apology and a refund.

Very comfortable and large room, very bright. the equipment was essential but worked fine. There was a washing machine in the room. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The bed size was fine. The location was very handy. There was a free garage for the car. GREAT

The information about the management of waste was not clear. In three days, nobody came to pick up the trash or clean the room. Some extra pillows would have been welcome as well as a couple of chairs more.

We spent one night in Chambery on our way to Bordeaux. The room was nice. Location within walking distance to city center (15-20 minutes). Helpful staff. Wonderful parking arrangement (covered parking with controlled access so we could leave bike racks and 4 bikes attached to the car). Definitely a positive experience, good price/quality ratio.

Two very small details. First, the bathroom has a sensor light which automatically turns on. This, coupled with a glass door, means you can wake up others if using the bathroom during the night. Second, we booked a room for 4. The sofa bed was not prepared and we had to do it ourselves. Very small details in the end. Overall a great experience. We would definitely stop here again if in Chambery another time.

The location and the flexibility of the young reception guy were great. He was very nice and helped us in the middle of the night with check in. We came with our bikes and he found the solution to store them.

The rest of the personnel wasn’t really into working in a hotel. Also the breakfast took more than half an hour to get coffee and tea so we left before even getting it.

Pas pris de petit déjeuner mais très bon appartement plus grand que ce qu’on pensais, très bien pour deux, proche d’un carrefour cité pour les repas, affiché clair des consignes.

Dommage que sur la télé il n’y pas les replay ni netflix, Sydney ou quoi que c soit d’application, pas forcément déjà connecté mais que l’on puissent mettre nos compte.

C’est une résidence de retraite qui s’est lancé dans l’hôtellerie mais ils y a beaucoup de lacunes
Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner, la lumière de la salle de bain s’allume toute seule et nous réveil la nuit et le parking est payant 15€, c’est la première fois que je paye le parking d’un hôtel

Logement parfait, propre et confortable, très bien équipé.
Le fait de partager une résidence pour personnes âgées est pour moi une bonne chose.
Cela amène de la diversité de générations.
Le personnel est sympathique.

Le petit déjeuner m'avait été annoncé comme un buffet, mais ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas.
Du coup, un peu cher pour ce que c'est.

Ma compagne et moi avons apprécié la propreté des lieux.

La réception est expédiée un peu trop rapidement.
Une seule table de nuit et une seule lampe de chevet nous surprennent quelque peu.
Visiblement, il y a une manipulation particulière à effectuer afin de faire fonctionner la télévision. Cette dernière n'a donc pas fonctionné la dite manipulation ne nous ayant pas été communiquée.
Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, surprise !…
Un deuxième oreiller par personne serait souhaitable.

Ein aussergewöhnliches Bijou. Die grossen Räume mit den hohen Decken mit wunderbarem historischem Flair. haben mich verzaubert. Es wurde sanft und geschmackvoll renoviert. Alles zudem picobello sauber. Auch leckeres Frühstück. Und Valerio ist ein fantastischer Hotel-Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und kompetent.

We have spent great weekend in this apartment. It's located right in the center of Chambery. Interior is stylish, cozy and spacious. We had a pleasant breakfast with the view on the fountain, castle and mountains.
Especially want to mark high quality matrass in the bedroom. It was very comfortable, we woke up relaxed and full of energy.
Wonna say words of gratitude to Katia, she was very attentive and answered all our questions

super location! super place! very clean, comfortable, very close to the city center whilst at the same time very quiet. The landlady provides clear instructions, even by video. She also checks in if everything is ok. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay in the very center of Chambery. Fully renovated apartment that has all the necessary for your stay. private parking in the building. Katia was super helpful and gave us hint to the city, really a great host!

The flat was brand new and well equipped. the location is great as it is a few minutes walking distance to the historic centre. A number of lovely restaurants and bars are also nearby . The hostess was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't find it possible to open any windows. At the front is heavy traffic , the flat overlooks a large roundabout, and at the back there runs a walkway along the window. So it is a security risk to open the window.

Il faut faire une chasse aux trésors pour trouver la clé, une fois trouvée, il faut batailler pour ouvrir la porte.
