Location was great. We arrived late, the key was left at reception for us, easy checkin. The window was left open and heater turned off when we arrived but luckily the room heats up quickly.
The room is basic but if you want to stay in and cook, it has everything.

The sofabed and bunk beds are not comfortable, for 1 night its ok but I wouldnt stay for longer.

We had a room overlooking the valley. the view is amazing.

The front desk has certain opening hours, it's worth remembering that. We arrived and instructions and the room key were left for us in the box at the front desk. The room was being renovated. Fortunately, when we went back to the front desk, the staff was there and we were quickly replaced with a room.

The only think that is nice about this place is the view and location

This apartment is really poor and the photos on booking are very deceiving. Everything is falling apart, missing or broken doors in the cupboards and in the kitchen, kitchen extractor does not work, and when you cook the heating turns off, so you can't even open the window to let the smoke out while you cook (it was minus 5 when we stayed here). The kitchen is VERY poorly equipped, there was not one single knife that could cut a carrot, or basic cooking utensils like a wooden spoon. The heating system is NOT powerful enough for winter, so be ready to have around 12 degrees inside the apartment if it's snowing outside. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the sofa bed in the living room has a v shape that converges to the middle, a total back breaker, and the bunk beds besides being almost falling apart they have a width of about 60cm, so only suitable for very small children. TV had no remote, bathroom shower head would not hold in the wall, it would just fall… and there was no instructions for anything in the apartment. If you need help from reception good luck with that, they close at 18h, so after that time you will have to wait for the next day… It literally feels like the management doesn't care at all about the confort of guests, and there's absolutely ZERO maintenance of the facilities. Not even mentioning that when I booked they told me that I could check in between 10 and 11 am, and when I got there at 11.15am they told me I had to come back at 3pm because the room wasn't ready….

Don't like to be 'threatened' with unanounced (unanounced at time of booking) possible cleaning fees. No vacuum cleaner was available as stated.
In one of the other apartments dogs were left alone, barking through the whole Saturday afternoon, with an open door to the balcony. Very noisy and disturbing, both inside the building and outside.
Acces from car park (level 0) to elevator inside the building (on level 1) is via a staircase.

they cancelled the booking because of 'water damage' and move me to another hotel which i had to pay in cash. then they did not reimbursh so i paid for two hotels…
booking.com is also very slow in correcting this, now, more then 2 months later, i still not have be reimburshed

"A gem with tantalised taste buds

The parking is big enough for the venue. The welcome, Thierry managed my broken french language very well, though it was never good in the first place. The room was perfect for our needs, warm and comfortable with a lovely view. Then can dinner! Entrees were full of flavour and cooked to perfection, not to be beaten by anything that followed. Only what followed surpassed, what a talent Thierry has, hats off to you, the flavours lingered long past finishing the Main course. We were not rushed and Thierry explained each dish to us also, he obviously enjoys his "work". Desert followed which rounded up the whole dining experience excellently.
The bed was very comfortable. We woke to having a very wholesome breakfast and left shortly after knowing that we will have to be spoilt here again sometime soon.

We had an awesome time at La Petite Chapelle ! The room was very comfortable, breakfast was so delicious!! Staff is very friendly and helpful! We arrived very late at night (1:00 am, we are so sorry), but the owner still waited for us and was so friendly. For us all around a very great experience!! We will come back and recommend this place!

The B&B is in Odeilla rather than Font Romeu itself. Odeilla is very small and quiet: about the only local point of interest is the solar furnace. Font Romeu is much more touristy and is less than a kilometre away but up a steep hill

"Cozy Mountain Getaway

The rooms were charming, cozy and well-designed. The bathroom was modern and clean. Dinner was good and breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent hosts.

We would recommend signage/directions to the hotel and parking instructions.

Un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêt d oublier . Nous avons passé une excellente soirée ainsi qu une excellente nuit à la petite chapelle . La chambre était spacieuse, cosy et chaleureuse . Quand aux hôtes, un accueil aux petits soins . Ils sont soucieux du bien être de leurs clients et ça se ressent . Nous avons pris le repas du soir : cuisine délicieuse . Quand aux petits déjeuners il était copieux (de quoi prendre des forces avant la randonnée qui nous attendait)

Une chambre d'hôte design dans un vieux presbytère restauré, bien au frais protégés par d'épais murs de pierre. Un petit déjeuner copieux, varié, des produits de qualité. Quant à la table d'hôte, Thierry va faire de l'ombre aux tables locales car la cuisine était excellente et originale! bref super séjour de 5 nuits où l'on ne s'est pas ennuyé une seconde du fait de la situation très pratique de l'hebergement (possibilité de se déplacer à pied du logement).

Propriétaire à l'écoute qui a eu une petite attention fort sympathique à notre égard afin de parfaire notre séjour.
L'équipement est opérationnel et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour manger sur place notamment. Le rapport qualité prix est très compétitif surtout compte tenu de la période de location. Les enfants apprécierons la mezzanine 😊.

Petit Chalet très bien agencé qui le rend beaucoup plus spacieux qu'on ne le pense. Les équipements sont au Top. La petite attention des dosettes de Café a disposition nous a beaucoup touché. Très bien isolé on a pas eu froid. On renouvellera l'expérience avec grand plaisir. Et la déco entre le "chalet Canadien" et le Style "biker" on a adoré ce chalet dans les moindre recoins. Foncez sans y réfléchir. 😉

Nous avons trouvé facilement et notre hôte nous a bien expliqué la procédure pour récupérer les clés. D'ailleurs, le contact fut chaleureux et bienveillant!!
L'appartement est super mignon, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous sommes directement immergés dans l'ambiance montagne. C'est ultra cosy, très chaleureux, tout ce que nous aimons!
C'est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, trop court! Nous reviendrons et ne manquerons de transmettre l'adresse à nos amis!!!

Vaisselle conséquente réserve alimentaire également mais nous aurions préféré des draps et serviettes qui sont généralement fournis en appart hôtel la formule se développant.

Le prix était attractif soit 63 euros mais le prix non communiqué sur le site des draps et serviettes était "prohibitif " soit 40 euros. Étant en motos nous n en étions pas pourvus et le loueur avisé nous a indiqué la présence d une paire de drap et d une serviette sans s inquiéter de la façon dont nous allions préserver sa literie ( heureusement nous avions 1 paire de draps papiers récupérée sur un couchage camping).
Pour un séjour au delà d'une ou 2 nuitée à 4 il manque du rangement. Les lits en mezzanine ne sont accessibles que par une trappe avec échelle.
La pièce principale manque d éclairage

"Court séjour à la montagne.

Le logement est sympathique avec sa thématique "cerf". Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants avec sa chambre indépendante et son espace mezzanine. Le rez-de-chaussée a été rénové, c'est très appréciable. Nous avons également apprécié le contact et les indications très simples et précises du propriétaire pour venir et récupérer les clés.

Nous avons moins apprécié l'espace mezzanine qui n'a pas été refait… Aussi toute la literie n'était pas confortable (mal de dos malheureusement pour tous ). Le rapport prix/qualité m'a paru cher et encore plus si il faut rajouter l'option "draps et serviettes", c'est dommage car l'appartement a du potentiel mais certaines choses sont encore à améliorer.
