The room was spacious and the bathroom was more modern compared to the rest of the interior. Staff were polite.

Only one plug point and not next to bed so that was inconvenient. Also did not care for the way the bed is made with pillow wrapped into the sheets. Hotel beds are notoriously full of germs and the only protection is the sheets so if your sheet gets loose the face will basically be on the bare mattress which is not hygienic.

Halfway between the train station and town centre, it's in a good location. Small and quiet, room was clean and bed was comfy. Perfect for a short stay. They kindly stored my stuff after check out until my departure in the afternoon.

The room and bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated and dark.

Room was located on the 1st floor near the car parking, so with window open we could hear during the night people coming in and out. Though, is was not a big deal !

Cheap and good situated near the center of Dijon. 5 euro parking in the back of the hotel (if they have room). Staff friendly and doing their best to make the most of it. Expect nothing except a bed to stay and a decent experience and you will be fine. If you come with high expectations and demands, spend a few more euros.

They put the petit in the word petit-déjeuner (small meal). Save yourselves the 7 euros a person and grab a coffee/croissant somewhere else.

When booking we thought it would be a private room bathroom combination but shared with the owners who also live in the house. So essentially you are renting a room in a house. It was fine as they were very accommodating but it would have been nice to know in advance. Also a little tricky finding the place but overall good experience 😊

The shower area is nice.

We picked this place for three reasons – price, location and wifi. And two of those failed miserably.

The location for single bedroom is about 500 meters further from city center then address in the listing (and we were told this after we arrived to address in listing).

The owner wasn't in area, so her friend showed us in, we communicated with owner via calls and messages. After arrival, we send english message asking for wifi credentials. Owner did not answer, not even after second message in french. So we were without wifi, which sucks if you chose this place for it.

The apartment is also just bad. I don't mind old equipment, but whole place was dirty, smelly and had this weird feeling.

Also how there can be NO locks on doors in shared apartment? No locks to the toilet, shower or bedrooms.

Definitely not worth it, comparing what you can get for the same place anywhere else.

予約ページではよく分からなかったが、このアパートに住んでいる女性に1部屋借りてホームステイするようなスタイルです。
良くも悪くも、フランスの一般家庭の雰囲気をそのまま味わえます。

あまりにも家感が強いので、清潔かと言ったらそうでもないかも…特にシャワールームは古いし散らかっています。
プライベートを大切にしたい人にはオススメしませんが、実際のフランス人の家の雰囲気を知りたい人にはオススメ。

L'annonce n'est pas claire, en aucun cas il est mentionné que la chambre est dans le logement du propriétaire. Ce n est qu'une fois la réservation payée que l'on connait la localisation ainsi que la situation du logement en l'occurrence au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur..

L'emplacement. L'hôte sympathique mais qui n'accepte pas de critiques qui lui permettraient d'améliorer son hébergement. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec des produits locaux.

Le manque d'information concernant les 4 étages à monter, le nom de la personne on ne savait pas sur quelle sonnette appuyer et on ignorait qu'on allait partager l'appartement de la propriétaire avec toutes ses affaires personnelles. La propreté de la salle de bain était approximative, les travaux n'empêchent en rien. Pas de clés pour fermer la porte de la chambre.

Perfect for a one night stay and the young man who worked there was very helpful. We got upgraded to a bigger room and the place accommodated dogs so it was perfect.

We spent just one night in the hotel with my partner. The room we had was spacious enough with a big bed which was a bit softer for our taste, but still good. The owner is super nice and helpful. The location is good, just a few minutes of walk to get to the centre of the town. The big advantage is that you can park on the street very close to the hotel for just a little money. I would greatly recommend it, if you look for something for a short stay.

While the location was not noisy, you could hear other guests. Dog barking on entry around 11pm, group returning around 1am and neighbors leaving early around 4:30am. I was sleeping good in the comfortable bed when I was woken up all these times.

"A no frills, convenient, cheap and cheerful option for Dijon City centre.

Well located for Dijon centre. A fairly basic but comfortable hotel, probably more business than tourist focussed, and clearly a number of regular weekday guests. The room was a little quirky in layout but it was all there and clean too.

Straightforward to find. Parking is on street and paid for by meter/parking app with no problem finding a space.

Helpful owner, good communications. (Not sure about their English as we communicated in French). We didn't need breakfast so can't comment on that.

It was just what we wanted – a convenient, no frills room for the night while in transit and it fitted the bill. Very good value for a city centre location. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The porter who checked us in was brilliant. Only a young guy but one of the best I have ever seen anywhere. The location was also OK and we could park our motorbikes in the courtyard. The price was also OK.

I don't norllhave too many bad things to say bout anywhere but here we go.
We thought that the photos were a bit misleading. The large beautiful building was not after all the hotel.
The rooms and particularly the bathrooms looked a lot better on the photos.
Our friend had a problem with the warm water. The rooms were a bit run down. The beds were comfortable but the bed cover had a hole I it. We had to ask for another towel. The shower was very small and the rather old shower curtain blew in and stuck to you. The saving grace at this hotel was really the lad on reception. I think any hotel would be happy to have him working for them.

Better than expected! Layout of building a bit odd but room was spacious and quiet and nice to make yourself a cup of coffee/tea. Nice shower. 2 single beds requested and thank you.

Not many toiletries for 2 people plus beds quite small but minor!

I had a mini studio with a kitchenette and it seems the room recently got renovated with nice material and a wooden floor which I prefer over carpets for hygienic reasons. The bathroom had a rain shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Since I don't eat breakfast I can not say anything about that. I would have preferred at least a bit of a water in the room as I was traveling with my dog and could have been easily arriving too late for any grocery shopping.

The hotel is very centrally located and has an old building charm that matches the whole city, yet inside the rooms are completely renovated and facilitated! I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. The parking was easily accessible and cheap.

The breakfast might be the only negative point about this place, it's very basic and includes very limited options. It is not worth the price in my idea!
Consider that there might be many stairs inside the hotel that you need to climb to reach your room!

"Overall this was a good location and was clean and met our needs.

The location of our room was in a different which was difficult to get to with luggage. But your outstanding staff member (forgot to ask his name but he was young man who went above and beyond) offered to carry our bags so we didn't have to drag them up the steps to get to our location.

The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

We were confirmed by hotel of 2 single beds in a room on the 1st floor. But when we got there it was a double bed on the ground floor, we went and told the staff this was wrong he could not move us that night but said he would move us the next day. We were then moved to 2nd floor which involved moving suitcases up numerous stairs and doors. This was not a good start to our trip. We had trouble reaching plates as they were to high for us. Very stingy on soap and particular toilet sheets.

The gentleman that was on the desk when we arrived was very pleasant and helpful from the start. The cleaning ladies were all lovely to

nothing everything was fine car parking was luck of the draw but that is not the fault of the hotel just the area

The studio was very small though we were small people. It was not comfortable to move around, very small shower and didn't feel comfortable to stay more than 2 nights. No cleaning for the whole stay. Also the check-in time during weekend and public holidays is limited, only between 17.00 and 22.00

Very comfortable compact apartment with some basic cooking equipment. Location is great and an easy, short walk to the centre of town. The manager Matthew was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, he helped us with information on things to do and places to eat.

Our apartment was on the 1st Floor and there is no elevator, but again Matthew offered us a ground floor if we wanted to change and he carried our bags to our room. Great service.

It wasn't clear that it was only a microwave in the room. There was no tea or coffee. There was very little loo roll and no spare.

일단 도착한 날이 일요일이었는데 호텔 문이 잠겨있더라구요..;;
지나가는 사람한테 물어보고 다행히 그분이 대신 전화해 주겠다고 해서 그제서야 호텔 문 여는 비밀번호를 받았습니다. 일요일에는 오후6시이후에 문을 연다나..? 하지만 체크인 시간은 오후 2시부터로 되어 있었거든요.. 미리 호텔 문 여는 비밀 번호를 알려 줬으면 좋았을껄 엄청 당황했습니다. 나중에 가서 안거지만 디종 시내에 별 3개 호텔이랑 20유로 정도밖에 차이 안나더라구요.. 호텔에 엘레베이터도 없어서 짐3개를 들고 올라가야 했고.. 직원들이 친절해서 머무는 동안에는 문제는 없었지만 싸게 묶었으니까 하는 위안 덕분인듯 하네요.ㅎㅎ

during our stay we had a medical problem so needed to go to the hospital. the staff were wonderful, very very helpful, which we really appreciated and they also found a room for us as we had to stay in dijon a few extra nights. the hotel is clean and well maintained. loved the courtyard, very nice to sit in and enjoy a rose or lunch. our room was quite small(the cheaper option) but we had a look at the other rooms which are slightly more expensive but nice and big. the restaurant is very good at the hotel and there is an italian place next door which was also good. there is bar next door and general store opposite, so all very convenient. we had to get bus to pontailler-sur-saone, and the hotel was one block from bus stop – excellent.

The staff – very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem.
