Great hotel , very friendly and helpful staff .
Great Location with shops and restaurants within walking distance
The bedroom was very comfortable with a great view of the river
The added bonus that we had secure parking

They had a lift which we weren’t expecting. Matilda on reception was excellent. The room was very modern and the price exceptional. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Like most of the properties we have stayed in in France, the shower floors are very slippery!

Very pretty hotel in a very pretty town. Room smelled great and the airco was nice. i would recommend going here!

The only think I did not like was the parking facilities. the hotel has a garage but it was full so we had to park outside. there were multiple glass bottles on the ground which made me somewhat uncomfortable leaving the car outside.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well and hosts were very friendly.

Location was also very central, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Thanks a lot, great stay.

Some coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice, but not essential (eg kettle/mugs/teabags/milk).

It was better than expected . I was suspicious that the fairly low price would mean problems but it was great . Sense of space and light. Superb secure bike accommodation . Perfect stop for Via Rhona . Staff cheerful and helpful . Easy and relaxing . We liked it .

Not much . The shower over the bath lacks a bit of lustre but not an issue. There are plastic gloves provided to get your breakfast which is a bit quirky. Everyone ignored them .

L appartement était propre et confortable. Corinne est un hôte réactive et attentionnée.

Le seul bémol est l odeur de poisson qui émanait de la boutique d à côté. C est dommage car la maison est super bien.

3 chambres chacune avec sdb et WC sur 3 niveaux donc très bien pour avoir des espaces séparés. Cuisine équipée. Lits confortables. Bien rénové. Au centre ville avec commerces. Se garer sur le parking public à 100m.

Beaucoup d'escaliers, chambre sous mezzanine avec escalier très pentu, a réserver pour des enfants

Rien du tout l’établissement est humide et il y’a pas de chauffage

Elle m’a pris 250 € pour 4 jours et après elle dit aux mineurs de réserver et lui donner un supplément en black méfier de cette dame katerine meunier c’est une arnaqueuse

L endroit le calme la sécurité et tout est à proximité à quelque minutes des autoroutes.
La hôte était très sympa au téléphone et les clés étaient dans un endroit sécurisé .

nous etions dans un appartement rempli des habits,chaussures,du proprietaire "comme si nous etions chez quelqu,un,"la poubelle n,etait pas videe,le gant et le savon du proprietaire dans la douche…etc…le lieu est sans intérêt ,desolée,mais ceci est la verité.

Great location! cute apartment, well designed, good layout. Great to be in old centre and looking out over the pedestrian area. Quiet at night & close to restaurants. Parking near-by was easy but could. Stairs are steep, however didn't bother us at all.

"It was fine. Unit was small but clean and nice location.

When we arrived, the only soap in the entire unit was the soap for washing dishes. This made going to the toilet or showering upon arrival difficult. By the time we went out, the pharmacy was closed so we didn’t know where to buy soap. It was a small thing that made a big negative impression unfortunately.
