Totally recommend this stay. This is a unique and romantic stay. Dinner was spectacular as well, and the staff was friendly. The views of the canal is spectacular.
The mosquitos at night on the terrace were an acceptable issue. There is not much to do but relax and enjoy. They have traveling stays which we would have liked to know ahead of time in order to take advantage of it.

Arnaud is a good communicator and speaks English well. He helped us and he is good at creating solutions.
We asked ahead for a table d'hôtes dinner for two and a bottle of wine, without checking the cost. The nice meal was in the fridge for us to heat and serve. The wine was straightforward. On departure, we were charged 99 euro, an outrageous price compared to an equivalent restaurant price and the only time in 6 weeks in France that we've been ripped off.

Proximité de la cité médiévale. Parking. Service de location de l'appartement, à l'écoute et, réactif.
L'équipement de la cuisine, usagé. Baignoire manquant de sécurité (le fond très glissant, pas de barre d'appui). Placard a balai et étagères, sol cumulus, pas nettoyés. Terrasse en bois en très mauvais état (fientes de pigeons, lattes cassées, table en plastique (pied cassé, donc inutilisable) pas d'etendoire a l'intérieur. Matelas de la chambre taché et, oreillers usagers (jaunis et, tâches). Le hammam n'était pas avenant du tout. Il semblait manquer d'hygiène.

L'emplacement idéal et le parking sécurisé.
Dans l'annonce il est noté "Offrant une vue sur le jardin" et "terrasse et balcon".
La vue est sur les jardins privatifs de 2 maisons.
La terrasse n'est pas du tout entretenue : trou dans les lattes, seulement 2 chaises pour 4 occupants, déjection de pigeons sur le sol et sur le mobilier. En effet, un des voisins sur lequel nous avons une vue sur le jardin nourrit les pigeons. Il y a donc en permanence de nombreux pigeons au dessus de nos têtes qui attendent "l'heure du repas" ce qui complique l'utilisation de la terrasse par peur de recevoir des déjections.
Dans la partie salon, sur les photos, il y a un rideau qui n'y est plus ce qui est gênant pour ceux qui y dorment.
Impossible de prendre une douche sans tenir le pommeau car sinon il y a des éclaboussures partout car le support de douche est trop court.
Certains couverts étaient sales ou abimés. Une chaise du salon avait un pied cassé. Côté réfrigérateur, le rangement bas dans la porte est cassé et la partie congélateur est bonne à dégivrer.
A noter pour la partie piscine : c'est sans surveillance donc pas vraiment reposant en présence d'enfants et pour le hammam il faut penser à apporter son téléphone car il faut appeler la réception pour qu'il soit mis en route.
