A little difficult to find, very close to cathedral, where there is free parking overnight. Hotel is good value for money, and reasonably close to restaurants

Very comfortbale rooms and the buffet breakfast provided good choice and was good value. I would rate the hotel as a 4 star rather than 3 and would happily stay there again and recommend to other travellers.

Hotel staff were very helpful, happy to let us talk in French but also happy to help out in English when we got stuck! The hotel was a stones throw from Amien Cathedral and the town square.

The place was really clean, it has everything needed for a longer stay plus a whole sauna room just for you.
Bathroom is also spacious, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.
Fully equipped kitchen also.

Only one toilet on the first floor, separate from the bathroom.

Nous avons été victime d'une intrusion dans le logement pendant la nuit et nous sommes fait voler mon sac à main et la sacoche de monsieur. Résultat le samedi matin 6h30 appel à la police ,puis journée au poste pour porter plainte.

J'ai adorée la disponibilité et la réactivité de "Romain" super sympa et solaire.
Le bain balneo, le sauna ainsi que le fauteuil massant magique.
Tout est bien pensé pour que l'on ne pense à rien d'autres qu'à se détendre.
(Sels de bain, gels de bain, bougies, lumières et au calme le paradis).
Des grandes attentions dans le frigo.
J'ai trop bien dormi, comme un bébé.

De repartir c'est passé si vite.

Super emplacement, hôte très sympa, excellent espace bien-être (sauna, baignoire jacuzzi, fauteuil massant).

L'appartement s'étend sur trois étages. Les escaliers en colimaçon sont très étroits et totalement inadaptés aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux jeunes enfants. Toilettes au rez-de-chaussée mais chambres au troisième étage ce qui veut dire que si vous avez besoin des toilettes en pleine nuit ça risque d'être un peu compliqué…

Tout!!! Romain est un hôte au top et sa petite maison est vraiment adorable. Le quartier génial, les équipements haute qualité, les touches de déco parfaites.

Frühstück haben wir uns selber zubereitet, Kaffeepads und Maschine waren vorhanden, auch Saft, Milch und Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Es war alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorbereitet und wir haben das ABENTEUER mit der doch steilen Treppe in die Schlafräume und in das Bad genossen.

Für die Schlüsselübergabe konnte ich leider keinen Termin per Mail vereinbaren. Jedoch kam – nach kurzer Wartezeit – ein netter junger Mann und übergab uns den Schlüssel und erklärte uns kurz die Unterkunft. Sehr nett und sehr höflich!!

Die Lage ist grandios, sehr zentrumsnah, im lebendigen Quartier St. Leu, nah an netten Restaurants auf der einen Seite, nah an den schwimmenden Gärten auf der anderen Seite.
Das Appartement bietet alles, was man benötigt, sehr bequeme Betten und eine gute Dusche und – außergewöhnlich – einen Massagesessel. Im ersten Stock befinden sich eine Sauna und eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, die wir allerdings wegen unseres kurzen Aufenthalts an einem heißen Sommertag nicht ausprobiert haben.
Der Gastgeber hat uns erwartet und war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und ging z.B. mit uns zum Parkautomaten, um uns beim Ziehen des Tickets zu helfen.

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, hatten aber Glück, einen recht nahen (kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz zu ergattern.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen im zweiten Stock unter dem Dach, während die Toilette sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Die Treppen sind sehr schmal und steil, ein Toilettengang in der Nacht ist also nicht ganz ungefährlich.

The hotel is ideally located close to the main shopping street, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself however is a but worn out. Our shower was leaking and the door of the bathroom couldnt close. The wifi was bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

L'eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à arriver dans la douche en plus de ne pas avoir beaucoup de pression. Draps avec des traces. Améliorez l'isolation des chambres. Proposer une plus grande gamme de chaînes TV ou pouvoir connecter la télé à ses appareils.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui mériterait un rafraichissement au niveau des escaliers, des toilettes paliers et surtout de l’insonorisation. Sans boules Quiès impossible de dormir correctement. Le petit déjeuner est correct et servit dans la plus belle pièce de cet hôtel d'un style "art déco".

Rooms old and small but okay for a nights sleep. Nice bathroom.

We stayed three nights and caught the train from Paris. We stayed in room number 3 on the ground floor which was near the front door and faced the street. The room and street were noisy until 10.00 pm.

Attractive, beautifully appointed, comfortable. Stunning, actually. Good location.

Nothing really.

As there is no human contact at the apartment, these points are worth thinking about:
The procedure for entering the apartment could have been clearer. The arrangement is, that guests are not told the key code until after the check-in time on the day of arrival – but we were not told about this arrangement! Unnecessary stress.
The other issue is parking. Luckily, we stumbled upon an excellent nearby underground car park in the Place de lHotel de Ville, but this was quite by chance, after roaming round the town’s one way system, and it would have been nice to know in advance where to park.

"Almost perfect, amazingly beautiful place right in Amiens'center

The place is just amazing and decorated with taste. The location is right in the center of the city and except that you cannot arrive by car, it's perfect.

The bed was a bit too smooth for us and we had a pain at our backs at the end of the night, which is a pity because when we saw the place we wanted to come back for a longer stay. The toilets are really really small as well. If you have long legs, it's not easy to use them.

Very clean, very spacious and stylish flat situated right in the main square. Underground Indigo car park nearby. Easy check in.
Bed very comfortable and a good number of towels.
Would highly recommend the apartment to stay in.

Check in instructions were to ring the MAN doorbell but no such doorbell existed as far as we could find. Luckily someone was leaving the bulidng at the same time who kept the door open for us.
Kitchen could have been better equipped given the quality and style of the rest of the apartment. eg there was only 1 wine glass.

Fantastic location near shops, bars & restaurants. Apartment is large & comfortable, lots of thought went into the decoration and the results are lovely. Wonderful to relax in when some downtime needed.

There is no iron, we had to buy an iron. There is no wardrobe or rack to hang up clothes once we did iron anything. Apartment keys are a bit difficult to locate.

It was very hot during the summer and the owner had left the blinds up before we arrived – I assume to provide light. It just made it really hot and it took a couple of days to cool it down. Minor thing. Oh, and it would have been great to have a kettle.

No breakfast, location was excellent as its in city centre. room was very spacious and nicely decorated, however, some book shelves were a bit dusty. and palm plant in the living room was dead with loads of white innocents. but bathroom and bedroom were clean and kitchen top as well.

It was very hard to find entrance and get the key, booking.com says, we can find access code on booking.com, however there is no information, and we had to contact host at last minute and it was hard to communicate due to language barrier. and it was hard to find the key box as well. in the apartment, no kettle to make tea and microwave could be useful as its self catering.

The apartment was clean and tidy and located over a couple of restaurants. Luckily, the waiter was able to assist in obtaining the keys from a lock located on the outside of one of the restaurants. You had to actually go through the tables to get to it.

I was asked for 20 euro per person per night as a room tax and to leave this with the keys on checking out. However, my booking with Booking.com clearly shows a tax of just 1.20 euro per person per night…..quite a difference so did not leave any payment! This feels like a scam attempt to get more money, glad I didn’t pay it. Could the owner please explain why this has occurred?

Collecting the key was easy as we just have to type a code that it is valid till you leave the property.

The entry code was not properly adjusted. It expired several hours before we were supposed to leave. We left early for breakfast and we couldn't access the property afterwards. We were locked outside with all our belongings inside the property. we finally managed to contact the owner after more than one hour and his main concern was about us leaving the property clean.
