Hôtel très agréable à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville . Le personnel est très agréable. On peut se garer gratuitement facilement dans les rues aux alentours.

Very stylish accommodation. Fresh clean spacious and with all amenities. Location very central for the cathedral and beautiful square and park. But at the same time off the beaten track enough to be quiet. Parking in a big car park around 7/8 mins walk.

Very spacious and well appointed flat in a perfect central location. It feels like a space where you could live. Bathroom is very large. Accessing the apartment (and parking our car nearby) went smoothly – great communication with host.

The courtyard is lovely but not the kind of place where you’d hang out (bit damp and dark) so the apartment doesn’t really have an outdoor space.

Location in the Old Town was excellent. The apartment was well appointed and very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location, beautifully decorated and very spacious.

Unfortunately there was no airconditioning and the bedside fan didn’t do the job on a warm summer night. Apparently the proces of getting an airco installed is in progress, so we would definitely book it again when that’s done 🙂

This charming apartment exceeded our expectations. Perfect location within walking distance of everything. The apartment was beautiful, very tasteful interior and everything was new. Easy entry via code locks, so no keys to carry around. Our host Jose was extremely helpful and was there when we needed it, but did not bother us at all beyond that. Absolutely perfect, highly recommended.

Whatever I write here would be nitpicking, but the floor was a bit noisy, because it is an old wooden floor building, but someone else might consider it charming. Bed mattress was quite firm which you may or may not like. If you travel by car, you can not park very close to the house, so if you have a lot of luggage expect to have to carry it some distance to the house. Parking however was reasonably priced and with plenty of space.

Spaced appartement, very clean, very authentic, everything is designed and made with good taste and with good thinking, really recommended, amazing location near center, the shower, the kitchen really amazing, I think I was lucky to find this appartement available in my way back home to The Netherlands from south France, Nancy is also surprisingly very nice city that worth a visit, thanks José

Nothing I can think about I was with motorcycle, so i have no problemto park in front of entrance, , for people with car, it's restricted area for cars and that could be a problem for parking

We loved the decoration and the atmosphere the owner set up. It felt luxury and modern and artistic.
The bathroom is spacious, wide, with a big mirror that gives a comfortable feeling. The bedroom is spacious with a large bed, perfect to rest while enjoying watching tv , hidden in the motorised closet.
The owner provided some coffee pads to use in the coffee machine, that is very kind.
Everything in the appartment gave a good impression which made us enjoy the stay.
We recommend the appartment and the owner who is available and responds quickly. We won't miss communicating with him for our next trip to Nancy

Beautiful apartment in a quiet side street of the Grande Rue in the old part of town. Impeccably maintained, spacious, tasteful, airy and light. Ample parking nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate toilet. I will definitely stay there again!

Very nice apartment at a very good price. Though it wasn't right next to the main attractions of Nancy, it was not too far away either.

I stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed my stay. The rate on was very good. The location is fine for central Nancy as it is a short bus ride (5-10 mins) away on the T2 route. Transport is free at the weekend. The kitchen is of a high spec and the bathroom too and both are modern. Both the living room and bedroom were fine. It can be a bit noisy from the street but once the windows were closed I never hear the neighbours.

The front door could have a better security feature.
It looks flimsy but is fine when you are inside.
The curtain holders need to be repaired in the bedroom and living room. The lights inside the entrance flicker for a few minutes. There is a slightly odd smell in the room with the washing machine.

needs some renovation to the bathroom and parts of the apartment as a little overused. Wouldn't stay for more than one or two nights.

Very nice owners, great communication. Apartment was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Nothing to complain about!

the apartment is spacious and pretty. the kitchen is well equipped and from there you can also watch the sunrise sitting with your coffee at the window. friendly host who adapted to our arrival time.

the light in the toilet was annoying. the motion detector didn't work properly, so you ended up sitting in the dark while being there.
the smell that came out of the storage room in the bedroom was disgusting. We needed the iron and were really fast to open and close the door.
the shower could be more clean (need new silicone lines I guess)
it's directly on a main street so quite noisy.
