Appart hôtel spacieux. L'accueil a été sympathique. L'hôtel est très simple. L'équipement est moyen et bas de gamme ; il y a juste qu'il faut, pas plus ! Au niveau de l'emplacement ; l'hôtel est juste à côté du lac et l'on peut s'y rendre à pied. L'environnement et la vue immédiate est en revanche très urbain. Nous n'avons pas testé le service en salle. Il y a un parking couvert payant.

Le contact très sympathique avec Olivier et Sabine et l'accueil tres chaleureux . L'équipement et la décoration de l'appartement. Les attentions: thé, café, et délicieuses confitures de Sabine, les ingrédients de base pour cuisiner (huile, vinaigre, herbes de Provence,…).
Le calme. La proximité de la gare, des commerces, du cinéma, des parcs pour les promenades,…

all facilities are very old; flat matrass, table and chair, bathroom amenities, everything is like they never changed since the 90's. So with the price they charge for the room, is way too overpriced.

"lovely setting
It's a lovely little Hotel next to the train station and central to the town. Lovely rooms at a good 2 star standard. It is sadly letting itself down in terms of cleanliness – I had to ask for the balcony to be cleaned of cigarette ends and every morning had to look for clean breakfast dishes. I complained and I hope this improves cos the breakfast buffet itself was nice and the decor of the hotel is delightful.

"Lovely rooms very close to the main station.
The hotel is easy to miss as it does not look very nice from the outside, it looks like a disused building, but it is great inside. The rooms are decorated in a really original way and they are very clean with an excellent shower. The only problem was with the entry key. The entry key system was not working for my stay. Whenever I needed to get into the room, I needed to get someone from reception to come into the lift, to open my room. This was a bit annoying. Outside of hours when the reception isn't manned, you have to go through a sliding garage door to leave the hotel. Breakfast was not included in the room price. But the station opposite has a cafe with very cheap french pastries, coffee and bread. A much cheaper and better option.
The rooms are very well decorated and quiet.

"Sehr alt, Bad mit Schimmel, dunkle Zimmer
Wir buchten das Hotel für eine Übernachtung in Aix-Les-Bains. Länger hätten wir in dem Zimmer auch nicht bleiben wollen. Positiv: die Zimmergröße war ok und die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Aber: es gab nur eine Duschbadewanne mit kaputter Halterung, sodass man die Duschbrause nicht aufhängen konnte und die ganze Zeit festhalten musste. In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel (das Bad hatte kein Fenster).
Die Zimmer und Flure selbst sind sehr dunkel, es war bestimmt mal ein schickes Hotel im orientalischen Stil ist aber total aus der Zeit gefallen.
Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet.
