"Perfect!

Great location, great apartment. Kitchen has everything you need for a medium term stay, the bathroom was also very nice. Apartment in great state and super clean.

It smelled to cigarette A LOT, we traced the smell to the bathroom. The host said it was the neighbor downstairs.

Very clean, very well equipped and excellent location. Having toured for 2 weeks and stayed in Hotels and been to Epernay several times we would definitely stay here in preference to hotel next time.

Nothing really. Parking is part of being in the centre of town but it isn’t an issue.

Owner has done a fantastic job with this apartment.

We were told the owner would send us details about the key pickup/entering the building but we received no message. We arrived at the property and called the owner who said booking.com were supposed to send the info. my husband had to walk to a different location to get the keys and when he arrived the door was locked, so after another phone call to the owner she met him and unlocked the door so he could get the keys from the locked key box.
NOTE: there was no key included for the garbage room 🙁 so we had to rely on another person who lived there to go to his apartment and get his key to unlock the garbage room door so we could dispose of our trash properly
The apartment overlooks a very busy and noisy street. so you need to close the windows properly to reduce the traffic noise.
There is no air-conditioning in the apartment so we had to call the owner and request a fan – which she delivered and it was a welcome relief
all but two of the lovely wine glasses were chipped. and one of the forks was broken. Not a big issue but thought best to mention it

The location was outstanding and easily walkable to the main attractions. The room was beautifully designed with high end finishes. The service was above and beyond!

The place was spacious and very cute. It didn't have AC but it did have a fan. The bed was comfy and it had a kitchen which was nice addition for some small breakfast uses. The location was also convenient and right by a farmers market which we attended as well as not too far of a walk from the champagne ave (about a mile).

The keys were in a separate location lock box that wasn't as close as expected to the location we were staying. The host actually happened to be there at the same time we were checking in so she handed us the keys which worked well but it was a bit confusing getting to that point.

Collecting the key on arrival was not smooth despite giving the time of our arrival . We had to wait and call . The room too was not ready and cleaned.Perhaps coz the time we gave was an hour before checkin time

The location is wonderful, easy to walk to restaurants, easy parking nearby. The apartment is small but has everything you need including a nice kitchen and washing machine. Good iron, good hanging space.

The apartment is clean and newly refurbished. It has shutters on the outside to block the light and a nice comfy bed.

More difficult than it needs to be to collect the keys, door at the address they gave was locked, place they have the key safe was hard to find and the host didn’t send me the keycode on time so I disturbed someone without needing to. But make sure you go up a floor at the address they give you and you’ll find the key safe to collect the keys.

its so easy to find from the train station, the reception is friendly. this is one of the few hotel who provide kettle in the room. its so useful as i am travelling with an infant. even they can speak english fluently, they will try their best to help you.

"A gem of an apartment in central Epernay with a host who communicates! What more would you want???

We booked at the last minute and we’re delighted by the apartment and the secure parking. We parked our VW camper van in one of the garages. The apartment was clean, well furnished and very central to all the sights of Epernay. The location was easy to find. People who have commented that it was on ‘the wrong side of the street’ are clueless and don’t understand that small apartment blocks are quite normal in French towns and cities.

"Close to everything you need in Epernay

Very close to trains and the main restaurant area of Epernay. Newly renovated apartment, with a good kitchen and fresh bathroom. Clean, well appointed and easy to find.

You do feel like you are walking over on the "wrong side" of the tracks, and it can be a little bit confusing when you first arrive as the courtyard has several doors and the key is further down the road. All explained in the arrival information, so not a problem once you align all the information at hand.

lots of roadwork around that they are trying to improve the area though looks a little run down at present.

Le parking privatif est un plus également.

L'emplacement près de la voie ferrée et dans une impasse enlève un peu de cachet à cette résidence.

Большая квартира с нормальным ремонтом. Для остановки на сутки подойдет. Единственное, что не понравилось , это расположение: находится в страшном квартале за железной дорогой. Страшный двор и прокуренный подъезд. Снаружи все очень пугает и неприятно туда заходить.

Расположение ужасное. Страшный квартал. Ужасный подъезд , внутри на балконах сушится белье, стоят всякие вещи … короче, это было ужасно. Сами апартаменты норма

"Large apartment at great location

Great appartement at a great location in the city Centre, all necessary comfort is available. Also host is quick in communication and can also provide good tips. We really liked the fact that we were close to several restaurants.

If you are staying with 6 persons at the apartment, it might take some planning to get all showered with only bathroom, but for is this was not an issue.

Very very very good beds. Lots of windows with great covers. Parking in front of the apartment and a baker in front of the door. Lots of nice details in the apartment like champagne glasses, candles, ventilators (3x!!). Big bathroom with a nice shower head and a bath. Big kitchen with a huge fridge and dishwasher.
