프랑스 안시에서 내가 머문 멋진 숙소 – TOP 6

"Terrible Hotel, Don't Stay Here!

There were alot of issues we had with this hotel and I'm usually not one to complain unless it's really bad. This was one of those really bad situations. For starters;

-I was double charged for our stay. Once before arriving through Agoda and once after we left through the front desk. When I noticed the charges and reached out to the hotel they wouldn't get back to me, after multiple attempts finally I got a hold of them by phone and they still wouldn't do anything about it even after I showed them screen shots of my visa statement with their hotel name on both charges, as well as our email confirmation for the booking, and our recipt. So I reported it to my visa which is still getting dealt with now.
I booked all 4 hotels we stayed at during our Euro vacation this summer through Agoda and I never had a single issues with any of them except the Icône Hotel in Annecy.

– The staff was brutal for poorly handling the situation mentioned above as well as being very rude during checked-in. No greeting to welcome us or assistance what so ever.

-Location is situated next to a night club so you could hear people and music at all hours in the morning until it closed, we were up at 1am-3am.
-False advertising, listing says they have AC, we get there and the unit's were all turned off in the rooms and replaced with a fan in each room. Which doesn't help at all in the month July.
-Our booking including breakfast and the staff told us in the lobby we had to pay for the breakfast.
-Shower kept flooding which would explain the mold.

Also doesn't look anywhere near as nice as nice as the picture, it was a bad experience overall, therefore not worth the price. Stay somewhere else.

"Room Odor

On arrival the room had an air of moisture .. humidity. A bad odor. I opened the window the entire time . The shower door is flush with the floor and has 2 doors . It is impossible for the water not to flow into the small space of the bathroom because there is blockage in the shower drain . I could see the tile and wall had damage from this. This must be the reason for the odor problem. Otherwise, the small room was sufficient and quiet . The location very well positioned .

I had a really bad spring mattress with random bumps. The room started to smell like cigarettes at night coming from outside (windows closed). It was also loud from the street at night. The staff were good. It could have been really good, but I just couldn’t get my sleep unfortunately.

Amazing location, right by the old part of town and very close to the train station. Easy to explore the city from. Staff was awesome and some of the best around. The place is kept very clean.

I did though find that our room always had a smell of cigarettes which luckily wasnt to strong. For a place that's non smoking I was disappointed by this. I also found the pillows to be 4 times taller than I have ever seen and always left me with a sore neck, this has been the only time I ever complain about pillows.

Important things that could be improve:
-The cleaning could improve. The carpet was not cleaneded correctly. Some dirt was on the floor.
-The bed sheets were dirty and were not changed the second night.
-The watering can shower head was not fixed. It was falling down all the time
Small details:
-We had a coffee at the room and the cups and the coffe were not replaced the second day

Positiv things:
-Towel were changed every day
-Perfect location, close to the bus station, the city center
-Personal very friendly.
-We could come in the room before the check in time
-Check out is at 12. Very positive so we dont have stress to leave the room in the morning.

No aircon, staff unable to fix as other rooms broken too. Had to sleep therefore with window open. Horrendously noisy all night from nightclub, street cleaning and delivery lorries. We couldn't sleep at all.

Mon séjour s'est bien déroulé, l'hôtel est bien situé, tout se fait à pied.
Personnel sympathique, la chambre est confortable et bien équipée, le wifi fonctionne bien, les dernières chambres (tout en haut ont l'air d'avoir été rénovées).
J'avais vu des commentaires négatifs à propos de l'hôtel mais la chambre que j'avais n'avait aucun soucis (chambre 23). Attention l’hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.

Chambre propre et plutôt spacieuse… Hôtel dans le centre bien situé… Malheureusement ma chambre donnait sur une rue très bruyante (avec beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit).

L’ emplacement de est vraiment top.. mais franchement c’est tout.
La moquette des escaliers et chambres est vraiment très fatiguée et tachée.
Les murs des chambres sont tellement fins que vous connaissez tout de la vie de vos voisins. On a eu la climatisation qui a fait un bruit incroyable toute la nuit, Impossible de dormir…
Il faut franchement penser à une bonne rénovation de cette chambre.
Le déjeuner casse rien. Vous avez avantage à plutôt profiter des super boulangeries pas loin et prendre leur formule.

Stay here for a weekend. Maxim was very helpful and also the rest of the team. The only backdrop is that no water heater in the room ..but u can ask for hot water from the receptionist. And thhey are very helpful . Even with my heavy luggage while checkin and checkout.

Hotel Des Alpes' location is ideal. it is just a stone's throw away from the train station (3 min walk) and the center (5 min walk). The service of the staff is wonderful. They are professional, helpful and always cheerful. They recommended to us a place for dinner which turned out to be very good! For improvement, we suggest that the property install air confitioners in their rooms as an electric fan is not good enough during summer.

안시라는 도시 자체가 그닥 넓지는 않지만, 역에서 그닥 멀지 않고, 스태프도 친절하며, 깔끔하고 무엇보다 화장실이 넓어서 좋았습니다.
복도와 엘리베이터가 좁고 천장이 조금 낮지만, 운치 있고 좋았습니다.

hotel du nord is in the great location. it's very close to train station and annecy old town. hotel staff are kindness and really help us. a family room is big enough for 4 adults, the bed are comfortable and the bathroom is o.k. the only complaint of the hotel is about a small elevator, that may be from the hotel structure limitation.

We enjoyed our stay, but the rooms were very small and would be very difficult to get to for older or disabled people – lots of stairs to some rooms.
Central location to shops and bars. Car parking just across road in secure car park, that has an arrangement with the hotel.

We absolutely recommend the hotel. It is a good quality place and worth the price.

The breakfast is very good. A buffet with lots to choose from, fresh baguette and croissants. Staff very friendly, nice, clean rooms and excellent location for both train station and the old part of town.

We could pay in cash the final day because the hotel did not receive very big notes.
Also, we left quite early in the morning and the hot water was not turned on.

L’emplacement est idéal au coeur d’Annecy et à deux pas de la gare.

Le centre d'Annecy n'est pas grand. L'hôtel est situé à 5 min de la gare mais pas en face des rails. En même temps vous êtes à 2 pas des canaux et de l'activité (bars, restaurants…)
Très bien pour se retrouver avant de reprendre le train de très bon matin.
Personnel super sympathique.
Notre chambre était un peu ri-kiki mais pas grave pour une courte nuit.

Was grateful to the helpful staff who helped my friend who got pickpocketed on the train on the way to Annecy by helping us write a translation of what happened in French for us to make a police report.
The hotel is located just a few minutes walk to Lake Annecy, which is a huge plus.

키친있는 스튜디오 형태로 묵엇고 바로뒤에 마트있어서 이것저것 사다가해먹기 좋았어요. 테라스도 넓었습니다. 다만 숙소자체는 굉장히 오래된 느낌이고 위생상태도 별로였습니다. 화장실욕조 물이 안빠져서 물출렁거리는채로 씻었고, 침대 사이사이 먼지와 더러운것들이 껴있었고, 침대 헤드부분에 양옆으로 뭐가 튀어나와있어서 자다가 찧일까봐 불안해서 베개로 가렸습니다. 그리고 숙소 입구 바로 옆골목에 밤늦게까지 술취한? 약쟁이? 들이 서성거려서 밤에 혼자 묵기에도 위험해보였어요.

There are only pro comments. Simply the nicest staff and facilities. Very welcoming and acknowledgeable of Annecy. Loved everything about this place. Location is a 10!

"Basic room

A small room for the price paid. There was a small kitchen, which was kitted out and suitable to use and bathroom but barely room for a bed. A larger person wouldn’t have been able to squeeze between the bed and the walls. The room was tired and felt more student let than hotel. The cleaners did a good job and staff were helpful. Proximity to Annecy old town and lake was the best feature.

Very central location, clean and friendly staff. Well-equipped kitchen, with a lovely tiny balcony. The bed can be folded up to a sofa which gives you slightly more space for walking around.

Great value for money. My apartment was on the ground floor, so only view of carpark, but you spend so little time in the room it was no big deal.This little apartment hotel is perfectly placed on the edge of the old town. A very easy (8min) walk to the station and the lake. Surrounded by lovely little outdoor restaurants/bars and lots of shops with great clothes! A supermarket around the corner. And the Breakfast Terrace is a lovely spot to start the day.
I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit…. and there will be a next visit, Annecy is magical.

Wonderful Location with this hotel during Christmas time i stay here. Quiet place, nice mountain view, near by walking street location, friend staffs…well, very nice..very nice hotel.

Very good. Staff were welcoming and location was great. The room was tidy and cosy.
The only complaints I have are that the mattress was very hard and there was a lack of water power in the shower (the lack of water pressure may be consistent with other hotels in that area though?)

"it was the worst hotel since my stay in laos.

unpleasant – mildew covered shower curtain and walls above bath tub. light installed over vanity mirror did not have a light switch. due to room size wardrobe did not have access, there was no bad side tables or reading lights – instead lights in bad frame straight above head – blinding instead of lighting.
due to lack of luggage rack suitcases had to be opened and left on the floor. i am describing room on end of first floor corridor from parking side.

The receptionist gave me parking spot even it wasn't confirmed by hotel. She allow to put my car in her parking spot which was so kind.

Really enjoyed 12 days in Annecy and the location of the apartment (1 min away from everything)was ideal. Staff were really nice and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast option but for 8 Euros it looked ok. Loved the balcony in the evenings which overlooks a lovely garden. The apartment (Suite one room Privilege)was about the right size and reasonably well equipped. A long mirror and a draining board would have been handy. We requested extra hangers which we got but we could not shut the wardrobe doors as the clothes were rubbing against the rough wall which could ruin your clothes (so be aware). Also when I booked I was under the impression that it was a serviced apartment, which it wasn't. There is nothing to clean the apartment with either so I had to make do with borrowing vacuum and sprays from cleaners for cleaning up. Towels get changed on request (3 times for a 12 day stay) which is fine. Staff are friendly but don't expect to get a "Bonjour" from anyone else unless you say it first! The terrace could have done with getting cleaned more regularly.

The receptionist is very nice and helpful! We’ve got a decent room with a tidy small kitchen, good for a couple to cook something simple. The view of the church outside was very nice as well! Definitely recommend this!

１泊２日の滞在でした。近くにはおしゃれなカフェ、有名レストランもあり、観光スポットである湖も近かったです。朝市にも出かけ、朝食を買ってきて部屋で食べました。足りないものは近くのカルフールで購入。キッチンで簡単な調理ができました。小さな町の中心にあるホテルなので、十分に満喫しました。スタッフも明るくフレンドリーで、英語が話せます。ただ、昼の１２時から１４時はスタッフが休憩なので、この時間はチェックイン、チェックアウトできません。入口も鍵がないと入れません。

部屋は新しく、バスタブ付き・キッチン付きで快適に過ごせた。ベッドは収納できるようだが滞在中はずっと下ろしたままだった。旧市街にも近く、火曜日の朝市でイチゴを買ってきて、近くのスーパーで購入した練乳で食べた。夜はベランダから美しく輝く星に癒された。
