Die Wohnung scheint frisch renoviert zu sein. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hell, freundlich und gut ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch diverser Champagnerkellereien ideal. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft klappte hervorragend. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten in zwei gut abgetrennten Schlafzimmern. Es wurde an viele Extras gedacht. Neue und sehr saubere Wohnung.

Hausflur außerhalb der Ferienwohnung schmutzig und muffig.

Zeer mooi en rustig gelegen appartement in het hart van de champagne streek. Als we nog eens in de buurt zouden zijn zouden we het zeker opnieuw boeken.
Makkelijk in en uit checken.
Als je een vraag zou hebben tijdens je verblijf wordt deze meteen beantwoord.

The location is fabulous in AY. Close to a bar and bakery. The owner has an eye for detail, the apartment is equipped with everything one would need and it looks modern, clean and very stylish

"Cute, modern and comfortable apartment in Ay

Aurélien, the owner, was very accommodating of my arrival and departure into Aÿ. This made my journey much more manageable and comfortable. Great tips were provided ahead of my visit and additional information was also provided in the room. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped with toiletries, and appliances. Though I brought my own, champagne and beer are available for purchase in the refrigerator at reasonable prices.

The apartment is located near to the town centre of Aÿ and next to a great baker (best baguettes in France apparently?!). It is within stone throw's distance of many domaines. It is easy to get to Aÿ train station by foot (600m walk) and you can take either the bus or train to Épernay if you want to visit the big houses. When I return to the region, I will come back to Les Bulles d'Aÿ

"Wonderful

Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, butter and jam was available free of charge. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner and also a store down the street. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked, and they even have beer and champagne for sale at about the same cost as the store. The space is beautifully decorated, the bed and comforter makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud.

so much attention to detail and lots of little unexpected extras like ironing board and iron. Great to be one minute away from a boulangerie and champagne tasting shop.

It was rather hot at night and it would have been nice to have a fan and also to have an option to the duvet.

A very well organised and comfortable studio. Everything that you could possibly need had been thought through and provided. Good instructions and communication: the owner checked that everything was okay. It was close to the shops but was still quiet. Didn’t use the outside space but saw that it was available. There is plenty of free parking close by but a parking card is provided for using shorter term parking bays.

Fantastic apartment with all we needed for our stay and more. The kitchen was really well equipped if we had wanted to cook. The host had gone the extra mile by leaving milk, water, orange juice, jam and butter for us. There were also some beers and champagne we could buy if we wished. The apartment had some tourist info including taxi companies.

That we didn't stay longer, we could not fault the apartment.

This apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Ay, around the corner of the main square. We had a warm welcome by Aurélien, the owner. The apartment is fully equipped, from kitchen to bathroom. From this location you can very well explore the wider area. You are in Epernay in 10 to 15 minutes by bike. We actually did everything by bike.

"Excellent studio central Ay

Clean, small and well equipped studio apartment on side street central Ay. Well equipped kitchen. Sunny room. Easy on street parking with permit supplied. All perfect for 1 night Champagne visit. Quiet town with lots of grower Champagne and big houses too. Hautvillers worth a visit also.

Location was perfect and it was super comfortable, easy to park and even had a few amenities..juice, tea, milk, etc.

At least one English Channel would have been a plus
