"The sea views are amazing. quiet area comfy beds, nice apartment clean

We were met by the lovely owners (who speak great English) and shown around the apartment, which is light and airy with three large skylights in the living area. this looks out onto the gateway of the Loire. Amazing view.
The apartment itself is well appointed, very modern, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom is large with a good powerful shower. There is only one bedroom but there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room so would easily accommodate 4 people. we went to a local restaurant in the evening called Le16…amazing food with great service.
will definitely be visiting Saint Nazaire again!

"Extremely satisfactory.

The property was excellently appointed with facilities, clean and in a very good location. The host was most welcoming even though we were travelling by motorcycle and had had a very wet ride.

that flat was amazing, confy beds and drinking coffe in the morning with sea view its just perfect.And also that lovely cupple that renting this place was verry nice and helpfull

there is a litle car noise from the street under that can disturb u a bit, but thats nothing compared that view. I wish i could see it everyday. Recomended

The top-floor apartment was brand new, large, and well-furnished; the location was exceptional (across the street from the boardwalk and beach, within walking distance of shopping and tourist sites); and the hosts were simply lovely.

Cleaning up the apartment after our stay would've been easier with a vacuum than a broom.

Very pleasant and well-equipped appartment at the sea; kind hosts, who arranged the hand-over of keys one hour before the usual check-in and provided useful recommendations.

The place does no offer wifi, thus excellent for digital detox ;-). There was at times noise (moving of furniture?) from the appartment above.

saucepan lids, a kettle, a teapot.
A couple of comfortable chairs would make the experience more memorable but the view makes up for inadeqacies

Appartement idéalement situé face à l'océan. Vue époustouflante. L'accès est aisé ( etage 1), dès que le seuil de porte est franchi, l'effet wahou ne nous a pas quitté. On se sent de suite bien, équipements modernes, 2 salle de bains, 2 chambres spacieuses, cuisine fonctionnelle avec éclairage moderne. Beau salon spacieux, vue splendide. Petit détail remarquable : vitrail jouant avec la lumière de la salle de bain et donnant sur une des chambres, juste splendide.
Hôte chaleureux et soucieux que tout soit simple pour votre arrivée.

Avis subjectif : appartement haut de gamme mais… trop impersonnel pour nous. Quelques éléments décoratifs et luminaires design et cocooning ajouteraient une " âme " chaleureuse. Le blanc des murs est trop présent et n'attend que quelques artefacts pour le rendre éclatant. Le tarif de la nuitée serait alors justifié.

Le seul plus est l'amabilité pour cette réservation c'est la disponibilité de la proprio pour le check in.
Ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo. Toute petite piece sombre et le lit ..ça n'en n'ai pas un tout.
C'est un canapé lit extrêmement uncomfortable et le studio est sombre mais donne sur une petite terrace / jardin : pas vue sur mer du tout et peut être appreciable si on le souhaite et avertie.

Le lit qu'y n'en ai pas un, et surtout les photos ne sont pas les bonnes car c'est ne pas du tout ce qu'il y a sur la photo.
Extrêmement cher pour la qualité (ou plutôt le manque de qualité de literie ) et le manque de vue et pénombre.

Très bel appartement, propre, très bonne exposition, bel emplacement.

Le manque de couverts, pour 4 personnes, seulement 5 assiettes, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. C'est dommage d'avoir un lave vaisselle à disposition et de devoir faire la vaisselle à la main parcequ' il n'y a pas assez de couverts pour le repas suivant.

This hotel is clean and well appointed. It is however very far from any facilities apart from the train station and does not have free parking. It is on a very busy street where parking is difficult to find. I have to comment that one of the female staff and she alone being the exception was extremely rude..

Good location in respect to local attractions. There is a Shopping Mall and a Carrefour SuperMarket at a 5min walk. Free parking places in front of the building. Good pizza shop right at the entry in the building. Great communication with the owner. There are available: induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine. No A/C, but there is a fan at disposal.

Could use some updates.

very close to town, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the soap dispenser in the shower

to get to the apartment/ interior was a little run down and, you could really do with a lamp instead of those blinding spots u Dee the bed

Great location and cosy but comfy room. Check-in was easy even at my 11:30pm arrival time.

The pillows were square shaped which I found uncomfortable – it would be great if there was a choice of rectangular pillows

La caméra de sécurité regardait directement le sol de l'appartement. J'ai ouvert la porte et elle s'est concentrée directement sur moi. Je n'aimais pas l'intimité. Au final, je n'y suis restée qu'une journée.
