op de site en bevestigingsmail stond rue bel air nummer 11. Bij eerste keer heen en weer bellen, moest ik wachten want ik was te vroeg. Had de sleutel al. Bij tweede keer bellen met lange wachttijden, bleek het adres nummer 1 te zijn. Dit koste mij al mijn beltegoed en heel veel ergenis.

L’appartement n’a pas de zone de lumière “direct” ou très peu donc il faisait frais dans l’appart et pas trop chaud ce qui est vraiment bien en pleine canicule!! Endroit propre juste quelques toiles d’araignées sur les coins mais rien de sale, juste une inadvertance. Une odeur de propre dans la maison,des ustensiles/épices à disposition ce qui est parfait.
Le gérant répond vite et remise des clefs bien explicitée. Une télé est à disposition!
La connexion wifi était bonne, aucun problème.
Le tram B passe juste à côté ce qui est top pour aller en ville ou a la gare rapidement. Beaucoup de boites de rangement et de places.

Les stores ne cachent pas toute la fenêtre, on voit l’intérieur par les côtés, lorsqu’on est dans la salle de bain, la silhouette se dessine et peut se voir de l’extérieur qui fait face à une fenêtre. Le trou au plafond qui laisse passer de l’air fait un bruit énorme dans l’appartement lorsqu’on y reste pendant plusieurs jour, la nuit je devais mettre des bouchons car cela me dérangeait beaucoup trop et ma tête à force d’entendre toute la journée pendant 4 jours environ finissait par créer un mal de crâne.
L’aspirateur n’était ps branché au secteur et c’est lorsque j’ai voulu l’utiliser qu’il n’avait plus de batterie, je l’ai donc branché et attendue mais rien ne s’est passé il n’a pas chargé je ne sais pas pourquoi. Le verrou sur la porte est trop faible et niveau sécurité (malgré le fait que l’appartement entier soit privée) ne m’inspirait ps confiance et je ne me sentais pas forcement en sécurité à 100%. Portes très fines et tous les bruits s’entendent.
La chasse d’eau n’a pas assez de puissance et il faut au moins tirer deux fois meme pour un petit besoin pour ne plus rien avoir au fond de la cuvette. Je dirais qu’il manque un placard plutôt que des rangements. Il y a trop de rangement (bacs) et 0 placards.

als ich vor dem Haus stand dachte ich e ist eine Ruine. es wird dort noch gebaut. das Zimmer ist top und mit allem ausgestattet

“Variable accomodation in need of maintenance”

We stayed two nights one outward and one return.
On the outbound the room was large and ideal for the family. Only disappointment was that the sofa bed was damaged and didn’t support two adults – so we had an uncomfortable night.
On the return journey the room provided was ridiculously small for 4 people (albeit two of them children). There was barely room to get around the single beds and the same with the sofa bed when it was out.
Very disappointed.
One final point, there was a mismatch between the Agoda booking and the hotel prices, was breakfast included? Was the secure car-parking?

Arrivée un peu tardive mais le responsable avait laissé les clés dans une box spécialement conçue à cet effet.
Deux chambres réservées car deux enfants. Matelas de bonne qualité. Du coup, nuit bien reposante.
Emplacement parfait pour aller faire des courses ou manger dans un restaurant de proximité.
Bon choix en définitive pour le prix demandé.

“Personeel was niet klantvriendelijk het zwembad op de foto is 2 jaar geleden gesloten”

Op de site stond dat er een binnen zwembad is maar toen we daar aan kwamen zijden ze dat dat al 2 jaar geleden gesloten was.
De kamer die ik boekte was 2x 2persoons bedden en we kregen 1- 2persoons bed en 1 slaap bank.
Het personeel was niet erg klantvriendelijk en de omgeving was als een verlaten stad helemaal geen onderhoud gepleegd

Goed hotel. Ruime kamer.

nieuw pas geopend hotel, complete inrichting kamer. op loopafstand van het centrum. Tramhalte aan de achterzijde. In de nabijheid leenfietsen.

aan achterzijde loopt tramlijn, geeft geluidsoverlast (een puntje) niet echt ernstig. Ligt een beetje verstopt achter een ander gebouw en is daardoor wat lastig te vinden. Smal bed 140 breed.

La chambre était sale dans les coins, vitres qui ne semblent jamais lavées, salle de bain toute petite. TV fixée au mur de travers.
Mal insonorisé, vous entendez toute la soirée des claquements de portes… parfois à en sursauter… ne prévoyez pas de vous endormir tôt.
Restaurant correct, serveur top.

-Apartment is located in the centre of Orléans.
-You can access the shopping mall Gare d’Orléans connected with train station through parking garage.
-Apartment is perfectly equipped – dinner and tea services, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishwasher (capsules for dishes included), washing machine, towels etc.
-There is one bedroom for 2 and two folding-beds for another 4 persons, but I recommend the flat for 4 persons max.
-Parking garage is a huge plus, big space for 5 metres long car 🙂

-Cleaning lady should be more precise as we found a lot of dust under folding-bed and on other spots as well.
-We had a little problem with parking barrier in parking garage, but Fabrice came immediately to help us to remove the barrier. Mine recommendation: If you are coming by car, inform the owner by message beforehand.
-As the apartment is next to train station, homeless people are centralised around. If you are a girl/woman and coming back during night, it is def not the safest place for you walking home alone.

convenience to old city sites. secure parking. spacious. everything provided that you needed. very clean . quiet inside the flat. good communications from owner. without these ( complete with photographs ) getting into the flat would be very difficult. reassuringly secure.

I was glad to have arrived in daylight. getting in was a bit complicated , especially the second door but luckily someone was coming out and let me in. not the nicest of areas but it is a trade off as very convenient for train station and the shopping centre and the city sights. the block of flats wasn’t very prepossessing but once inside the flat everything was modern and clean and comfortable. even the bed, which was firm but still comfortable.

Lovely apartment very conveniently located.
Although the access instructions appeared complicated, once you were at the building it all made sense and felt very secure. The free parking was ideal as we did not need to drive during our stay with the shopping centre and main part of town on the doorstep.

It wasn’t a problem for the two of us, but the cooking facilities were limited with just a two ring electric hob and a microwave. The apartment can accommodate larger parties but self-catering for them would be a struggle.

Location was excellent & easier to visit the city centre. Secure car park very good & a real bonus. Very comfortable apartment with all facilities you need. Excellent automatic front door lock to apartment which works with your phone.

It was a bit stressful getting the car in and out of the car park at the beginning and end of our trip. There could have been a CLEARER & SHORTER explanation in bullet-point format. The info sat too deep in the instruction email.

Nous étions à Orléans pour passer les fêtes de Noël en famille.
L’appartement est très bien situé, dans le même bâtiment que le centre commercial, avec un parking privé.
Nous étions 5, nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est très confortable.
Il y avait tout le confort et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.

Je recommande vraiment ce lieu, pour de longs ou courts séjours.

Nous n’avons eu aucun contact direct avec notre hôte ou qui que ce soit d’autre, cependant Il répondait très rapidement à nos demandes.

L’emplacement en plein centre d’Orléans et à proximité immédiate de la gare.
Un grand appartement, et les deux canapés lits qui permettent de loger 4 ou 6 personnes dans de bonnes conditions.
La place de parking sécurisée, disponible dans la résidence.
Le café disponible.

L’accès à l’appartement est plutôt compliqué, notamment avec l’utilisation de Nuki.
Pas de shampoing dans la salle de bain.
Un logement assez cher pour une seule nuit au vu du niveau de confort.

“Fabuleux ”

Appartement très très propre, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé. Nous étions 5, suffisamment grand pour 6 personnes.
Centre commercial en accès direct, centre ville en moins de 5mn à pieds. Parking privé très appréciable!!! Nous recevons avant l’arrivée beaucoup d’indications et de photos qui facilitent vraiment l’arrivée. L’appli Nuki est très simple et agréable à utiliser. Je recommande!!!

Quelques SDF et personnes peu fréquentables le soir aux abords de l’immeuble, il faut être vigilant si l’on sort à pieds le soir.

L’appartement est propre et très bien agencé. Bonne situation direct au dessus de la gare et proche du centre. Nous avons dormi dans le canapé lit (et les enfants dans la chambre) et c’était confortable. Très bon volets (très sombre pour profiter d’une grasse matinée) et très calme. Cuisine impeccable

J’ai vraiment détesté l’obligation d’installation d’une application sur mon téléphone pour accéder aux clés. Juste pour cette raison, je ne reviendrai pas. Dommage car l’appartement est bien.
Les draps pour le canapé lit auraient pu être mis un peu plus en évidence vu que nous arrivions à 4
