The appartement is very clean, full equipped, it's located about 900m to the long distance bus station Liberation, which was very convenient for us. We stayed there only till midnight. The communication with the host and the key transfer were very good and smooth.

Very well furnished, clean and accessible flat. Very well equipped. The owner was very kind at communicating with me and making an effort to understand my very poor French. It is very good to have a free space to park.

Too many rules for the kitchen, and a threat of charging you if you do not clean your glasses… well… felt a bit too much. The pillows are not comfortable, but I think this is a feature of most accommodations in this country. For some reason people things that square pillows are comfortable, well, they are not. Actually, they are not pillows, they are cushions. But this is me being pernickety. My only real complaint, the location, but there is no much you can do about it.

It was in a perfect location for the overnight stay we required on our route from and back to the UK to the South of France. Very clean, convenient with key in key lock meant we wasn’t rushing to make an exact check in time. The little playground close by was perfect was our little children to let off steam after a long drive and to knacker out to go to bed ready for the next day.

Could do with some blackout curtains as the street lamps were a little bright in the night. Also couldn’t get the air on to work one time, not sure why and we could’ve contacted the owner but didn’t as got back late. However, we opened all the doors and windows and this helped

"Perfect stopover studio flat for our family of 4 to/from south of France

It was perfect for our stopover on route to and from the south of France. It was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Bed and pull out sofa bed all very comfortable. A little park close by for the kids to have a play before bed. A short drive from restaurants.

The light from the street lamp was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Could do with better curtains to block this out.

– No instructions given to transform the sofa into a bed. The sofa had 1 piece broken.

Everything good. Nice and tidy and well appointed.

One small problem was the owner sending us the wrong number for the key lock.
Another possible small problem was the owner messaging us in French after our stay to say, I think (I speak French but didn't quite understand everything he wrote), that we'd left the place dirty. But we'd tidied up, cleaned and followed instructions before we left. I hope I misunderstood but disappointed if not.

It was cold in the accommodation, there was not enough heat. Even after two hours of heating, the temperature was not sufficient, but only 19 degrees.
I would like to ask that the accommodation provider communicate in SMS messages for foreign tourists in English.

Dommage, les volets ne ferme pas et la chaudière tourne très très souvent mais heureusement j'ai le sommeil lourd.

Dommage pour le bruit de la vmc…un peu long à s'arrêter. Il manque une petite table de nuit à côté du lit ainsi qu'un éclairage et une petite prise de courant. Rien de grave pour autant.

Découverte d'un déjeuner Syrien apporter par l'hôte lui-même qui tiens un restaurant. La chambre est malgré tout calme. Faciliter de communication pour la récupération des clés et aussi pour la récupération de celle-ci par l'hôte.

Pas de faciliter de parking (car beaucoup de nouveau building en construction), pas de wifi.

.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nur 1 Minuten von der Strassenbahnhaltestelle entfernt mit der in 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt gefahren werden kann.

Zur Zeit (September 2022) an der Unterkunft eine grössere Baustelle. Am Wochenende ruht diese aber.

Very helpful host. The location was perfect, very close to.the old town with plenty to see. The apartment was very clean and spacious and underground private parking was a bonus. We had a great time, thank you Fabrice!

"Deceptive description of cleaning fee…

Location was just on the edge of the old town, convienent to shopping, grocery, and public transportation.

After booking and a few days before the trip, I received a message adding that I was expected to clean and take out trash or would be charged another cleaning fee after already being charged one in the booking.

location was superb.. walking distance to bars ,restaurants, shopping , old town. Very comfortable stay! everything you could need!

Was a little confusing to get access, but owner extremely helpful. Once you got hang of it very simple!

The apartment is relatively spacious and clean. There are enough cutlery provided including good knives and cooking pans and pots. The owner replies to our messages quite swiftly. A washing machine is provided too which is quite convenient even though the clothes came out of the washing machines full of fur as if a cat has rolled all over them…..

The overall rating of this apartment is suspiciously higher than what it deserves. Most of 10 scores are provided by people without any description and one guy even rated the apartment with 10 on the same day twice.

There are many inconveniences of this apartment due to the combination of mismanagement of both the building and the apartment.

First, noise, the apartment is right next to a busy street and opposite a shopping mall. It's quite noisy in the morning with car engines but even in the middle of the night, we hear people on the street playing loud music for a long time.

Second, the owner provided us the wrong Nuki smart lock activation code and we could not get into the apartment. It seems this happens frequently as other reviewers mentioned the same issue. After we asked the owner to open the apartment for us, we did not find the keys in the apartment where they were supposed to be. It turns out the cleaning lady took the keys. We waited for 20 min for the cleaning lady to show up and she said to us that the keys are in the mailbox which is not what we were informed of.

Third, we saw the house rule that we have to take out our garbage but we found out that the garbage bag is half of the garbage bin height and trash fell into the bin instead of into the bag. We had to clean it afterwards. The kitchen is very cramped: the garbage bin blocks the dish washer door and the switch on the wall blocks the oven door.

Fourth, the street is full of unsavory looking youngsters roaming around in the middle of the night and it did not really give us a sense of safety in the neighborhood during the night.

Fifth,, the parkimg slot is too tiny to fit in our car. We don't want to damage our car and had to find a paying garage in the city center. If we would have known it earlier that we have to find a parking garage anyway, we could have more accommodations to choose from.

Lastly, the gate for the car to enter doesn't work well.

The previous guests were heavy smokers & u the room stunk. The cleaners should have sprayed & left the doors to the balcony opened. They did not

無料駐車場が付いていたので選んだ。場所は旧市街からは少し外れているが駅のすぐ近くで便利。駐車、入室するのにかなり苦労したが、オーナーが電話でヘルプしてくれた。十分な広さのキッチンと清潔なバスルーム（バスタブ付き）がある。

事前に駐車、入室の仕方についての説明があったものの、駐車場や人の入口、建物の入り口、駐車スペースにも鍵で解除するストッパーがあったり、入室するのに専用のアプリや、地下駐車場へ降りるためにも専用のキーが必要など、いくつもの難関があってかなり苦労した。アパートメントタイプでも、鍵の受け渡しをしてくれるレセプションがあるほうが安心だと感じた。ベッドに上掛けが用意されてなく、クロゼットから毛布とシーツを出して自分たちでセットした。

Très confortable, très propre, parking en plus! Très bon rapport qualité prix ( quand on voit le prix d'une chambre familiale basique !!)

L'entrée a été compliquée pour moi, je dirais que Fabrice, qui m'a aidée gentiment à 22h passées, devrait améliorer sa lettre d'explication pour la procédure d'arrivée car les images sont très petites! 🙂

L'emplacement très centré à côté du centre commercial. Place de parking sous-terrain. Machine à laver et lave vaisselle dans l'appartement. Confort du lit, bcp d espace dans l'appartement, grande salle de bain, baignoire.

L'accès très étroit au parking, la machine à laver mérite un nettoyage (odeur de moisi), la cuisine pourrait être également nettoyée en profondeur. Manque de sacs poubelles, éponges propres et tablettes lave vaisselle.

Hôtel bien placé, très agréable, familial,le personnel est aux petits soins,petit déjeuner copieux.Je réserve toujours cet hôtel lors de mes déplacements à Orléans Quelques euros de moins et ce serait parfait

"Aardig hotel, maar helaas geen airco op de kamer

Op doortocht naar Zuid-Frankrijk hebben we al vaker in dit hotel overnacht. Op zich een prima hotel maar we hadden steeds een kamer op de tuin. Nu eentje aan de straatzijde, met behoorlijk wat lawaai in de nacht. Bovendien was die comfort kamer erg klein. Groot minpunt is het ontbreken van een airconditioning systeem. Er staat dan wel een ventilator in de kamer maar na een bloedhete dag (40 graden) is dat natuurlijk niet voldoende om de kamer op temperatuur- en ons in slaap te krijgen.
Voortaan zoeken wij dus hotels met airco.
