The owners were lovely, very helpful and obliging. The bedroom was a good size and the bed comfortable. There were kitchen facilities we could use. It was good value for money. It was convenient for our journey.

The bathroom is as described by previous visitors, unfinished, would be difficult for some to use the shower ( ok for us). No toiletries apart from some tiny pieces of used soap.

We booked this property not because it seemed good value but because the photos and description made it look lovely with a swimming pool. The reality is different. It's not properly finished and decorated. The garden is a dog run and the pool was not useable although it was early in the season. In my opinion it needs a bit more work to get it ready for paying guests

The bed and the room were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. We used the garden to eat our meal which was nice. It was very good value for money and we would be happy to stay there again.

The bathroom was large, but the shower was raised and small. The rest of the bathroom is in need of renovation.

The host was away on vacation, so she left her elderly parents to look after me, what a wonderful job they made of making me so welcome, neither of them could speak English, and I’m afraid I cannot speak a word of French, however, that was not a problem.
It was wonderful to meet them.

Warm house, great bed (we slept like a champions!), very clean (everything!), breakfast was fantastic with homemade yogurt! Hosts were great communicators and felt warm and genuine. We're grateful for this stay!

Maybe the welcome, being polite rather than friendly of interested. Quite a highlight considering the rest.

Dated, tired, sticky surface tops with peeling paint, antiquated beds reminiscent of 1960’s boarding school standards and poor sound insulation from neighbours above and aside, who nearly managed to drown the noise of the traffic on the nearby road. No blackout curtains on the window.

Very nice reception-crew, small but clean room (1 person 1 double bed first time and 1 person 1 double bed second time), simple but clean small bathroom with shower and good running hot water. Parking no problem and hotel close to the highway but far enough not to hear the noise. Very nice price for such a room and hotel!

The location has plenty to offer in terms of eating and drinking with Tesla Superchargers very local. There are also plenty of local shops. The room was clean. The room was a reasonable size for the money.

The plumbing system, whenever someone uses the toilet flush it appears to affect the entire building. This woke us many times during our 8 hour stay. The room is a cross between a ship's cabin and a prison cell. Only one plastic garden chair in the double room.

The room was very basic and didn't smell great. We asked for extra pillows which were stained. We stayed in several hotels on this journey, all at a similar price (this hotel was the dearest), but all were a lot better than this B&B Hotel.

Our stay was disgusting. It was impossible to shut the bathroom door. It was impossible to shut the shower door. The heating did NOT work. There was a large amount of mould in both the bedroom and bathroom. We have pictures to prove what we are saying is correct. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, WE WILL NEVER USE BOOKING .COM AGAIN. I've stayed there numerous times and it's always just right and the perfect stop on my trip.

Just this time, the car park was very crowded…..I guess I was unlucky this time. The guy next door had a loud snore but you can't help that !!!!

J'ai voyagé avec un collègue, j'ai réservé 2 studios. J'ai reçu 1 seul code pour accéder à 1 seul studio. Il était minuit, j'ai du trouver une autre solution pour me loger. Cela fait 3 mois, toujours aucun remboursement après 5 relances! fuyez

Emplacement

Alors ayant loué 3 studios entre le 25 et le 28 décembre, Vienne une nuit, Rome et Paris 2 nuits. Nous avons pu constater des serviettes à mains pour Paris et un radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas pour Vienne et des lattes de lit cassé pour Rome et un service client difficilement joignable par mail ou via le téléphone sur un call center au Sénégal.
Par rapport à la vaisselle ou le nettoyage des frais sont facturés alors que le client doit presque tout faire, et l'annonce est donc mensongère (on paye des frais mais on doit quand même faire le ménage !!)
De plus:
Les cloisons ne sont pas isolé (juste plaque de placo-platre) donc on entend tout.

J'ai passé une excellente semaine dans un des studios de la petite résidence, c'était mon deuxième séjour.
J'apprécie énormément la situation du logement à deux pas du centre et dans une rue très calme.
Le parking voisin est un plus non négligeable.
Les petites attentions comme les biscuits et le café sont appréciées !
Personnel très réactif en cas de souci.
Entrée et sortie autonomes ce qui est bien pratique.
Je reviendrai encore sans hésiter !

Studio propre, bien équipé et bonne isolation des bruits extérieurs de la rue. Proche du centre dans une rue calme. Cependant, il y a un bar-brasserie devant (apparemment bien fréquenté), aucun soir on n'entend de bruit ni de gens qui parlent fort. Bars, restaurant, boulangerie et tabac à proximité.

Pas de couverture pas de vaisselle suffisante (2 assiettes, 2 verres tout par 2 etc vraiment insuffisant) pas de notice pour une soit disant douche avec jets, la douche fonctionne en standard pas la peine d essayer de bleuffer, pas de chauffage, pas de balai, 1 torchon pour une semaine, vraiment la Radinerie.
