Une forte odeur de renfermé et de tabac froid dans la chambre en entrant et persistante.
Plus de miel sur le buffet et à ma demande , il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y en avait plus.
Cet hôtel sert aussi d'asile et cela ne devrait pas porter préjudice aux clients ordinaires de passage comme c'est le cas actuellement.

Je restait sur Rouen 2 jours pour le travail. J'arrivais tard, j'ai donc récupéré ma carte d'accès à une borne. Arrivé dans ma chambre, je me rend compte que le lit est trempé, avec de l'eau qui coule depuis une fissure au plafond. Comme il n'y avait plus personne dans l'hôtel, j'appelle le numéro indiqué (0,35€/min)…personne ne décroche. Comme il n'y avait pas non plus de chauffage, et qu'il y avait beaucoup de courants d'air, je n'ai plus pu dormir à partir de 4h30 du matin (trop froid et pas de couverture sèche).
Le lendemain, l'hôtel m'a changé de chambre et m'a payé un chocolat chaud (grand seigneur).
La seconde chambre était mieux (pas de fissures et du chauffage). A 4h34, l'alarme incendie sonne !
Je fini par m'habiller, mais le temps de sortir, c'était fini. Je me recouche donc, j'avais du sommeil en retard… Puis, ça a re-sonné à 4h50 et 5h03.
Bref, j'aurais été mieux dans ma voiture !

Very basic but perfect for a quick stay over and easy to get to the motorways. Large shower with hot water although no door so floods the room when you use it. No facilities to use at the hotel but if you just need a place to sleep- perfect

Nous louons souvent les hôtels première classe et franchement c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix que nous avons fait.L'hôte a été trés agréable avec nous.
La chambre 27 du second étage sentait bon dés notre arrivée et le mobilier en bon état (pas toujours dans cette gamme d'hotel)

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles voor een nachtje slapen en weer verder reizen is aanwezig. Het is schoon. Beperkt maar goed ontbijtbuffetten. Van buiten af is nergens de vermelding Première Classe te zien, waaronder het wel valt. Dit is verwarrend. Inchecken met boekingsnummer lukte niet, alleen op naam. Prima verblijf.

Geen extreme luxe, dat kan ook niet voor de prijs, wel lekker rustig en goede ligging ten opzichte van restaurants.
buffalo grill was aan de andere zijde van het water….beetje erg krappe stoep….maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.

Excellent breakfast room. Comfortable and clean. Very good value for money. However, the wifi was not working which was a problem for us. We had great difficulty finding the hotel; our satnav took us to the blocked wrong end of the road that once led there. Latitude and longitude coordinates would be helpful.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, which was disappointing after 10 hours in the car. However, there is an italian restaurant 5 minutes away so all was not lost.

Trop cher pour la prestation , il faut slalomer le matin entre les sacs de linge et les poubelles… et le buffet du petit dej net pas ultra garni pas bcp de choix et il ne vaut mieux pas arriver 30min avant la fin sous peine de ne plus avoir grand chose . Très déçu !!

Breakfast was good quality with croissants, bread, jams, coffee and juices. Also a small selection of cheese and cooked items. Easy way to start the day without trying to find a local café.

It’s on an industrial site off a dual carriageway. It’s perfectly fine but you do need to drive anywhere for food, groceries etc. but great for an overnight stop.

Breakfast consisted of bacon as the only hot option.
Room not cleaned well- chewing gum, dirt & fluff left in a corner.
Arrived at 14.30, so had to use automatic book in – which was offline! Told to contact reception in opening hours at 17.00! However, a member of staff found someone who could book us in, which he kindly did.
Room was exceptionally small having 2 medium dogs & 2 adults- hotel aware in advance of dogs travelling with us.

Poor/ineffective air conditioning in room. Had I known this I would not have booked. Room was at 23 Degrees C after 2.5 hours even with air conditioning set at the lowest setting!!
This problem was unable to be resolved during my stay, therefore I will avoid booking a B&B Hotel in future.

Bathroom smelt of urine. Shower cubicle small & curtain stained. No where to put toiletries/toothbrush etc. Old & tired decor throughout , although new furnishings had been installed. Room smelt stale. Holes in curtains.

It smelt of cigarette smoke throughout, it took. It is difficult to find as its hidden behind a car wash and not well sign posted, the room was very small, the bed was rock hard and the decor was awful. More suited to lone travellers.

"We got what we paid for and were pretty satisfied with it.

We were there for the Armada and there was a free public bus. The parking area was big enough and it is also closed for the night. Seems safe. it was a big plus for us.

The toilets and showers are on the floor, and if you want to take a shower late at night when there are a lot of tourists there might not be enough hot water. No breakfast possibilities near by, so you either have to go with what they offer (which we didn't, cos it seemed poor) or drive to the city center where you can find cafes where they serve full English breakfast, or you come prepared and eat whatever you have in your cooler (we did on the first morning) there's a coffee machine near the reception area.

"Don't be put off by the setting – the rooms are adequate and clean for a short stay hotel.

Hotel set back from the main road, with secluded car park. Bus stop close by for service into City Centre. Reception staff happy and helpful. Rooms are basic and small but clean and comfortable as advertised. A very good one or two night stopover hotel. Breakfast from 0530 even on a Sunday!

Slightly more space in room/shower room would have helped.
