this place is like a dorm from the 1970s, hasn’t been upgraded. the beds are gross old bunk beds and an uncomfortable couch. They charge for everything from toilet paper to sheets and towels. In the end, you could have used the money for a nice place once you add it all up.

Good location and flexible arrival/departure time.

The value for money was not that great, though I appreciate it was high season. The ski resort and, as a result, the hotel is popular among French tourists, so not too many people speak English. That caused a few difficulties. Also, we were not familiar with the local rules of "bring your own bed linen" and almost had to sleep without it due to a late arrival. Fortunately, a very friendly member of staff helped us out. But man, the explanation of the problem took some time.

Perfect base for a family ski trip with small kids. very welcoming staff, things on site for the kids to do.

Fairly basic kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need: dishes, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
City with very clean air. Beautiful sightseeing.

The only thing for bed linen should pay separately 12 euro / set. Quality – in the photo. There is also no towels in the room, except for small in the kitchen. No hair dryer.

L’accueil affreux 😤 l’important était que je signe des autorisations pour la piscine (qui est restée fermée pendant tout le séjour) alors que j’étais trempée aillant pris l’orage la température extérieure était de 10 degré
On m’a attribuée un studio au dernier étage avec vue sur la rue bruyante et vis à vis j’étais seule à cet étage les studios donnant sur le jardin étaient vides
La moquette au sol type tapis some j’avais pas vue ça depuis les années 80 attention aux allergiques 🙂
Des consignes à n’en plus finir interdit de faire ci ou ça et pas un mot d’accueil il me semble que cet établissement doit accueillir majoritairement des ados 😬ou bien…
Pas de place pour se garer alors que le parking souterrain était désespérément vide ⁉️on est à la fin de l’été pourquoi ne pas attribuer une place de parking mystère ça doit user la porte je présume 🤔

The personnel were exceptionally friendly, and the cusine was excellent (we chose full board). Breakfast was fantastic.

Unfortunately, the wonderful view of the mountains is slightly marred by a hideous multistory apartment tower to one side.

the very warm welcome and pre arrival correspondence. The diner was incredible, we never expected to have such exiting and excellent food up in a small ski station. Good selection of wine but it was the menu (and this was apparently a quiet night so limited choice of (only!!) 3 for each course, starter, main and desert) – we were both blown away by the food and actually unable to eat it all, shouldn't have pigged out on the apero and nibbles before hand.

great setting, view and location, looking out on what would be pistes, good doors to the balcony, locking out cold and noise (unusual in even the most expensive ski resort hotels). Kettle in the room for beverages

Only thing was being able to hear other people in their bathrooms through the bathroom and loo plumbing systems, otherwise had a very comfortable stay.

Un chambre cosy avec balcon en face de la montagne et vélux pour s'endormir au chaud sous les étoiles.
La salle du petit déjeuner avec vue tri dimensionnelle sur le paysage.
Accueil très sympathique

Rapport qualité prix peut être un peu élevé en cette saison (fin septembre) compte tenu de l'emplacement (balcon des Villard – station ski)
A ce prix hors saison, on aimerait des équipements supplémentaires comme un spa. 😉.

La propreté, une très bonne literie, une excellente restauration.

Température extérieure environ 30° donc fenêtre ouverte ; conséquence bruit de circulation trop présent.

Le cadre semble idyllique, c'est trompeur. L'hôtel se trouve à 200m d'une station. De la terrasse de l'hôtel le point de vue est splendide si l'on regarde vers la droite. Du côté gauche une tour de 16 étages gâche la vue. L'intérêt du site est d'avoir le télé-cabine de la côte 2000 à 2 pas. La chambre est quelconque mais la literie très confortable. Le restaurant est bon si on vous accepte. On s'est vu refuser une table à 9h du matin pour le soir…

Hôtel propre mais qui manque grossièrement d'équipements. L'offre qui n'indique pas qu'on se trouve dans la toute proximité d'une station, véritable ville à 200m de l'hôtel avec un défilé incessant de véhicules montant et descendant, des centaines par jour sur la route à 20m de votre chambre… Le balcon de votre chambre donne sur la terrasse où l'on sert à manger d'où des conversations, des effluves, l'odeur du cigare. Petit déjeuner assez minable, il faut demander au patron pour griller des tartines de pain. Service assez quelconque au restaurant. 45mn pour avoir les verres de vin commandés. Sinon bonne table quand les plats finissent par vous arriver.

Very nice hotel and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room had a nice little balcony and the hotel had a nice patio and pool where we could eat, drink and relax.

The reception was incredibly welcoming despite our late arrival. The rooms were comfortable. It's located with easy access to the entire town. We highly recommend it.

Personnel super accueillant et chaleureux, toujours dispo ! L'hôtel est bien placé et il y a un petit parking en face. Les chambres sont très bien et bien chauffées/isolées.

Il ne suffit pas d'appliquer un peu de cosmétique sur un hôtel vieillissant pour en faire selon son propriétaire un "Hotel Boutique"…sic. les chambres sont mal insonorisées, le linge de toilette usé, le ménage incomplet dans les douches avec les restes de savon et de shampoing de l'occupant, précédent, pas de chaise mais un tabouret, tout ceci ne serait pas bien grave si la nuit n'avait pas été facturée 135 €, ce qui en fait un des rapports qualité prix le plus incongru du Vercos, à la mi novembre donc hors saison.

I only booked as it had a restaurant on site which they emailed on the day I was staying to say it was shut. Staff didn't speak any English and offered no help to get an evening meal anywhere. The hotel is not near anything. There was another hotel down the road that was very helpful and cooked us an evening meal as there is nothing around that location. The room wasn't clean, dust, and cobwebs. It seemed like they didn't want any business, and I was an inconvenience by booking a room there. It wasn't cheap either, so left a bad impression.

the WiFi is something that goes against them, the strength is fine but it will log you out after awhile.
another problem, the cleaner cleaned the stairs, there wasn’t any warnings out and down the stairs i went, im still in pain and it happened a few days ago, I have bruising from my butt to my knee, so be careful when coming out of your room.
