The hotel has recently been modernised and is very central (just 1 minute from the pedestrian area). The bed was comfortable, the shower really great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s an old building so you can hear noise like the tv from the rooms next door.
Parking was available for two cars, but 20€ fee is very steep.

Nicely decorated and renovated room with a comfortable bed and complementary coffee machine. Nice quality appliances and linens / towels.
Good location just outside the old town and several restaurants and shops around.

Parking options close by are rather expensive and the hotel has only 2 places for private parking.

Room was clean and comfortable, the air con made a late summer visit so much more comfortable.

Wifi was unavailable for the 1st week, not just in the hotel but for the whole road. This was slightly annoying as we have expected to be able to use it to watch UK TV and news programmes.
I had expected the room to be a little larger and to have more storage for clothes as we were staying for 12 days but it did not spoil the visit.

A really nice quirky design with some lovely touches, especially the lounge and bar area. Bathroom facilities lovely but not isolated from the bedroom? I was an hour early but was able to check in which was nice after long journey

Much has gone into the detail and design of the room but the basics were overlooked. I don't like toilets that are open to the room with no privacy! The bed was lovely but too big for the room which meant some parts of the room inaccessible, should have a large single bed in this room, not a double!
A big disappointment was having seen the beautiful lounge, I planned to go for dinner but return and enjoy a couple of drinks in a really relaxed atmosphere. Got back at 20.40 and told the bar closes at 21.00, so one glass of wine then back to my room.
I was on first floor and could hear the bar music echoing up through the vents. I had a huge window but had to keep curtains closed as people can see in from the street, net curtains would have helped

Trendy eclectic style, great location.

Unfortunately both our rooms were uncomfortably hot as we were both unable to get the aircon to work. It came on about 9.30am, as if there was an over-ride master switch. The toilet has little privacy as there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom.

Power outage in the morning was planned for but we only heard at check in. there was no effort to produce a continental breakfast or a discount to compensate, voucher to breakfast nearby nothing but a shrug of the shoulders.

Lovely quirky hotel. Great decor and lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast and an easy few minutes walk into the centre. Only 2 parking spaces but plenty of road side parking opposite. Bed very comfortable.

Lovely hotel beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms were very well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. No restaurant but a nice bar.

The parking is a serious problem. The hotel must have thirty rooms and parking for TWO cars. You can park on the road for free between 7.00pm and 9.00am but after it’s 18 euros for 3 hours.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé très bien situé .
Parfait pour visiter Brive-la-Gaillarde.
Le propriétaire a été d'une gentillesse immense : par distraction j'avais oublié un sac dans l'appartement.
Il m'a contacté, à conservé mon sac, m'a donné un lieu de rencontre pour le récupérer
Lui et sa femme m'ont rendu un très grand service, et je peux affirmer que ce sont des personnes honnêtes et très fiables. J'aurais été dans le pétrin sans ce sac.
Très bonne réception d'internet.
