The attention to details like candies on the bed, available coffee and hot chocolate pods. The beds were comfortable, too so we really had a resting sleep, although being tall wasn't an advantage for us 🙂
Florence and David are really responsive and willing to help. The apartment is equipped with clean towels, iron, hair dryer and everything you need when in comes to dishes.
I could see that they did the best they could and I appreciate that!

The apartment seems to have been remodeled not so long ago, it was very clean and it was spacious.
In the kitchen there were some supplies available, like tea and coffee.
There was a children's bed available as requested.
There are a lot of stores nearby in walking distance and parking the car in a free parking space was quite easy.

Decoration was superficially pleasant – but the flat was actually incredibly damp and very unpleasant to be in.

The property was not marketed honestly. It was marketed as a 3 bedroom apartment. In reality 2 bedrooms were in a very damp and smelly basement with no natural light and were completely unusable. We all slept upstairs -with 2 in the living room. The flat was incredibly hot but no fans were supplied. So we had to sleep with windows that opened onto the street open – people were passing us 1m away during the night and we did not feel safe. The flat was still unbearably hot and we all slept very badly. It was not a pleasant stay. Additionally, all the electrics (fuse boxes etc) were uncovered and next to the kitchen area, this did not seem safe.

The location was great and the host was very friendly and understanding on the phone as we went slightly over our check out time.

The situation was very good. The top part of the apartament was also good, the kitchen, the bedroom the bathroom. Everything new and clean.

The sheets i always prefer Cotton. But the problem was the bedrooms downstair, no ventilation and the humidity smell was too much. I think it is not healthy sleeping there.

Je n'ai trouvé qu'un seul défaut… Il n' y a plus de piles pour l ouverture de la poubelle!

Parfaitement situé au bord de Seine, prestation exelente, le confort est au rendez vous. Le personnel à l'écoute réactif et compréhensif.
Je recommande vivement le petit Versailles.

Anna met me as soon as I arrived to show me the apartment, as well as to give some tips on how to get around Vernon. She went above and beyond by booking me a taxi to and from an alternative train station to Vernon-Giverny (which would have otherwise been a short walk to/from her apartment) since there were no trains going from Paris on my travel dates due to a transport strike. Very easy to communicate with her. She was an excellent host!

WiFi did not seem to exist (or my phone just could not detect it). But that was no problem for me since I was out during most of my stay.

Our host Anna was lovely, very helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Great location in the middle of town. Charming apartment with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and excellent shower.

A very comfortable, lovely tiny house! We loved it.

The bath was a bit shaky, for tall or old people maybe a bit difficult, but the space was used perfectly and everything you need is there. The atmosphere is very pleasant and we would book it again if we would go back to Vernon.

"A very smooth and relaxed two days in a quite countryside town

The property had Experian all facilities, with bbq, washing machine, two TV’s, plus all the small things like kitchen ammenities that help when travelling. It is exceptional value for what it provides

The space is quite small so probably not suitable for older couples as climbing up stairs can be difficult, but is ideal for young people
