Подвел СПА центр, всего один душ, после сауны приходится ждать в очереди для принятия душа, нет питьевой воды в свободном доступе, о чае и пр.даже речи нет. Если приходят дети, то уходить надо сразу! Места для вас там не останется. В общем впечатление хорошее

We liked the location and the holiday atmosphere. The hotel is conceived like a village and that gives a lot of charm to the place

The rooms are tiny, even the family room. You have to think about closing one drawer before open a door or you get stuck…
The hairdryers have no power … my daughter and I could not dry our hair…. Hopefully it was a hot sunny day 😊

Size of rooms, layout and pool area

Restaurant food was mostly sub standard. Staff were over confident and actually often getting orders wrong. Bar was cramped and we were chased out on first night before advertised closing time so didn’t go back afterwards.

The majority of staff was unprofessional and rude – particularly the waiter/host at the restaurant on the evening of 7 July.

Loved the location and the bikes. Small dishwasher was useful. We didn’t cook but looked like enough utensils and cookware if needed. Staff were always very helpful.

"A little moment of bliss in this mountain idyll

I loved everything about this pretty hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was absolutely beautiful and I had to drag myself away to get going on my journey the next day. The breakfast was excellent and with loads of choice. The location of the hotel was out of this world and it was only a short walk to the centre of Megeve. I hope to go back there one day.

The fact that they have family room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms. The pool was heated, Good bedsheets, soap by l'occitane good. The staff was super nice!!!kids friendly place. Smooth check in. Coffee and tea complimentary in the room. Very close to the center. Dishwasher is always a plus.

They did not have long chairs at the pool like in the pictures. In the bedroom, the carpet did not look very clean. Beds not comfy. It did not smell good in the corridors of the chalet(humidity.)

We didn’t have breakfast, it wasn’t included

Checkout was at 11, which is very early. We asked for an extension to mid-day, which was refused. Even an extra 30 minutes was refused. So we had a big rush to leave on Sunday morning, not relaxing.
Also parking was not included.
And we chose this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle, but it did not.

All the staff were exceptional, convenient ski shop with sale of lift passes too, fantastic shuttle service and no fuss overnight ski handling. Pool and sauna (including provision of robe and slippers), daily appartement clean and restocking of used products in apartment. Great hot showers and bath.

Only one toilet, and located too close to kitchen and lounge area. (I realise this can’t be changed but answers the question).

the spa cannot be considered a spa as it was just a pool with an outside barrel sauna. We were a family so taking the kid from the room to the pool was a journey . Very easy for us to catch a cold . The rooms of the hotel were also very small and not at all comfortable for a family . There was no ski room in the hotel so it made the day to day skiing very uncomfortable. You need to also make very good arrangements in French for your transportation to and from the Hotel . luckily we had french speaking friends so it made things easier.

the rooms is excellent, there is all you need for a long vacation with your little ones – we were with our baby and she was very comfy. The clean staff is very polite and they were cleaning/ organising once we were living the hotel. It was very surprising to see how they care for the minimal details without we request anything.
The shuttle is also a plus, even with a baby it was easy, the drivers are very kind and helpful.

It is out second time in the hotel and we were expecting a warmer pool. However it was around 28-30 degrees and it was extremely cold outside, so the pool should not be below our body temperature. Pretty cold and always empty – probably due to the temperature which is not proper for the weather. So do not book the hotel expecting to have some relaxing time around the pool.

The breakfast is poor for 24 euros per person. The tea is cold, and could not get really hot water to make tea.

I chose the hotel becaise of the put-door swimming pool. But it was really cold. Only +30 which is for cold weather is cold. The guests were saying the same. They really hace to make the water warm like in other similar swimming pools. All the rest was perfect. A bit far away from the lifts, but they have shuttle. It complicates the rest actually

the rooms can use a bit of an uplift. also put coffee machine in the room. the gym is really old, add some more machine for muscle building. the spa is nice, but the therapist are not great.

Great hotel in a great location, we enjoyed our brief stay and would chose this place again if we're ever in the area. For car travellers – it has underground car park and some outside spaces for cars, no issues for a "regular" car but I'd take care with anything sports/exotic.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very varied. Eggs can be cooked in advance. Spa and indoor pool was excellent.

Walls are thin in the rooms. You can hear the neighbouring guests. Outdoor pool was small compared to the photo in the website.

The wc in the room is tiny. You close the door and my legs hit its super tight

"Money is for nothing, being humane is free

my wife had a serious accident, broke her wrist on our second day of arrival… even though we had a medical report suggesting a surgical treatment, the hotel declined to make a refund for the remaining days of stay. In health issues, the hotel could be more humane and flexible. Health is much more important than money.
