"Superb

The apt is quite spacious, not cluttered with eye-pleasing IKEA rubbish that only gets in the way . It has shelves and a wardrobe where you can put your stuff. The kitchenette is well furnished, you can make your meal as you like,heat it up in a microwave oven or use a four burner cooker ( it is a rare luxury). Also, there is a table that can confortably seat four persons, and it also an additional asset of the place. If it gets hot there is a very good fan to cool you down. And last but not least, the host – friendly, responsive and helpful.

Nothing to be unhappy with 😁.

Host was responsive, instructions for accessing accommodation were accurate. The tram into the centre was less than a minute's walk or you could walk to the centre in less than 15 mins. Well equipped apartment & comfortable if not very stuffy without windows opened.

Unfortunately I specifically booked this accommodation due to the advertised private reserved parking space. I was driving a new car that I had collected the day we went on holiday so was anxious that it would not get damaged if I parked on the street. I came down to the car after our first night to find my car had been vandalised. Graffiti on the windscreen and paint work had been left using nail varnish that couldn't be removed. So so upset. Owner responded and offered alternative parking in basement under the building but I was worried the same thing would happen again. Drove around for nearly 2 hours before finding street parking where I had to leave the car for another 2 nights. It wasted the entire first half day of our stay and we had plans that had to be cancelled that morning. I did not feel safe in the area or apartment after this. The electric gates to the secure parking remained wide open the entire 3 days and nights of my stay,anyone could walk in. The back door to the apartment block from the outdoor parking area was wedged open with a wooden block the entire time so anyone could access the building. The area is overrun by immigrant middle Eastern men and didn't feel safe to walk around or go for dinner or a drink as a female alone. Photos number 3,4,9 and 10 on booking.com are not of this accommodation. Bathroom door was on a slider, the light switch fell off the wall. Bathroom, and shower particularly were tiny. Very disappointed, worst place we have stayed in 4 consecutive years travelling around France.

The entrance to the building people hanging around, The owner charges you £30.00 cleaning fee for the apartment. This apartment was never cleaned the kitchen was dirty food under appliances oven never been cleaned. Credit cards in bed draw ?? Cigarette buds on shelves & rubbish. Bathroom old toilets in draw mirror full of dust, Message the owner sent pictures made out to be very sorry but didn't try to put anything right made out it was cleaning company. Offered some compensation but never received. AVOID

L'appartement a répondu à nos attentes, il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour une nuit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un logement propre et bien équipé.

Seul petit bémol l'absence de wifi et la banquette clic-clac est un peu juste quand on a un mari qui mesure 1,91 m !

The location to Lille Europe train station was good. Check in was a nightmare, we were not told that reception closed at 7pm, we were not send codes to get in the building or the key safe. We were very lucky that other guests helped us as the phone number for assistance hung up on us before we could speak to anyone! The room was basic, we had to clean it before leaving or incur a cleaning charge – also not made clear at the point of booking. There was no washing liquid available to clean dishes or brush to sweep. We ended up eating breakfast at the train station to avoid any mess. With younger children this was far from ideal. If you just need somewhere to sleep it was ok, but too much hassle for a family.

Deja sur Agoda j ai selectionner option fumeur et c etait inclus avant de valider la reservation , jetais surpris pas le piège que c’etait pas possible de fumer…j’ai mentionner mon arriver entre 7h et 8h du matin ,on me dis que le check in a partir de 15h sans que ça soit mentionner sur la reservation Agoda avant de valider surtout on me fais payer un supplement de 12euros hors le tarif en plus.

"Great stay, with close and easy access to the city

The location of this property is brilliant for visiting the city. The apartment itself was clean, airy and spacious. The beds, both double and fold out here clean and easy to put up (sofa bed). We loved that the windows opened fully as it gave up a balcony feel to the view.

There is a club opposite the front of the property which meant we had the windows at the front shut. It didnt bother us as the owners have supplied a fan.

The sofa beds were not ideal there was 4 of us and it says it can sleep 5 there is enough beds for 5 but not enough cushions so good job there were only four of us. Maybe if you book for 5 they provide more beds. The parking space was right near and very secure but we had long car so it was tight to get in we had to swing onto tram lines to get round it. Very friendly guy from cafe underneath helped us.

The apartment is conveniently located, served by a tram right in front of the apartment. It was very convenient to have a parking space given we were stopping only for one night. There is also a supermarket very close. The apartment is spacious, airy and has large windows. The kitchen is a good size with an adequate amount of utensils.
Communication prior to arrival was good. Access to apartment was mostly straightforward.

The front gate is temperamental and it was rather scary when trying to drive the car through (it got stuck half open). No instructions about how to deal with it.
There was no communication from manager after arrival, despite us asking for more towels. Only two towels were supplied, despite we are a family of four.

The appartment itself is nice and clean, communication was clear and it's a lovely 30 minute stroll along the river to the center. Close to highway, very convenient when travelling.

The area itself is lacks all charm: appartment blocks, supermarket and fast food/take away only. The appartment itself is very noisy: one does hear the neighbours when they're at home.

A une minute à pied : Tramway allant en centre ville.
Guy est super précis dans ses informations. On se laisse guider.

Le vieux parquet donne un chouette cachet mais l'isolation sonore n'est pas top. On entend les gens monter les escaliers dans l'immeuble.

Pour quelqu'un de pas très sûr au volant, l'insertion de la voiture dans la place de parking peut être un peu sportive. Mais après c'est super secure.

Les matelas des canapés avaient l'air un peu décalés mais mes ados ne s'en sont pas plaints.

Petite inquiétude quand on a vu que la fenêtre du salon donnait sur la terrasse fumeur du restaurant au RDC. Le restaurant ferme tôt et nous n'avons pas été incommodés.

Je n'ai pas pu rentrer dans l'appartement car le boitier à clé était bloqué et l'hôte ne m'a pas répondu sur mes 2 textos et message vocal sur son téléphone. Du coup j'ai dû prendre un hôtel en sauvetage qui m'a coûté encore plus cher.
J'aurai dû dormir dans ma voiture en faite. Je ne peux finalement rien dire sur l'appartement sauf une grosse mésentente avec l'hôte qui me fait comprendre que je suis en tort car le boitier fonctionne bizarrement très bien, donc pas remboursable.

This hotel was in a perfect location for interesting stopover in Orleans with a dog en route to south of France. It is right opposite the Loire with walkways for dog walk, 10 mins from centre with loads of lively restaurants. Hotel itself was quiet, clean, efficient, and comfortable with great breakfast and free parking. would recommend if you can afford it to stay here rather than cheap hotel in outskirts as far more interesting and enjoyable stay

It was good to have privacy. The television could be changed into English for the programmes that had been dubbed. The parking was good and the location was very good.

It was too difficult to get the Internet as we were unable to decipher the code, and the water wouldn't stay in the sink. A small bowl would have been useful for the dishes.

I think the apartment had not been rented for a while, there was a stale smell when we entered and the floor in the bathroom was dusty, the clothes dropped on the floor had whitish dust on them. We showered in lukewarm water, never got warmer.
We were 3 persons and only received 2 large bath towels, the wi-fi was extremely weak

Just one towel available for each person, host totally unavailable after our request and bugs in the house with no repellents/killers at hand. Should also mention that doors in the shower don't close and the apartment is in a crumbling building.

The apartment is in a shabby looking apartment building in a similar looking neighborhood. The apartment is cheaply renovated inside. The kitchen has an odd smell, the fridge buzzes, the bed is not very comfortable. There is only one opening window, so it is too hot in the summer even at night. I would look more favorably at these short-comings if the price had been appropriate but at 100 eur/night in Orleans it is not worth it.

The building itself was very old and ugly. We had trouble finding it as there was only the address, no other directions. The apartment was ok, good for an overnight stay. The shower ceiling was mouldy. We might come back now that we know how it is. Much better than a tiny hotel room.

Loved the studio! It was very clean, warm, comfortable bed and fully self contained. Bathroom was lovely with plenty of towels and hot water, even a washing machine; tea and coffee available, nice kitchen facilities and an excellent experience. The host was easily contactable and very helpful. Would love to stay again and highly recommended!

The studio was clean, warm and spacious. We stayed one night but didn't need to use the kitchen except for making hot drinks. The bed was firm but comfortable and the place was quiet. Other cars were parked across the dedicated no. 34 space but we easily found parking right outside the building. The studio is on the third floor but there is a small elevator which was a bonus.

We woke up very early but were unable to shower until 6am as the hot water has probably been preset to come on at this time. We advise if you want to leave early in the morning, have a shower the night before.

Near to the river. We walked into Orleans which took half an hour. There was a tram stop nearby which we could have used. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking behind building.

Exterior and hallways of the building were shabby, not that inviting, but appartment was newly renovated. Car Park not well maintained. We arrived on a Sunday, not much was open locally so we could not buy milk etc. Local shops and supermarket did not open until 8.30 on the Monday so breakfast was difficult

the studio itself is but it's far from being "ravissant". It's situated in a smelly building on the city outskirts thus no photos of the outside. We got only 2 big towels, with no hand towel or anything smaller for hair. there are notes with cleaning rules in kitchen and toilet with a threat of additional invoice if you don't clean after yourself, while the sponge was disgustingly old and no place to drain the dishes.
