Le chauffage était éteint à mon arrivée malgré une température extérieure négative. Il faisait très froid toute la nuit le temps que le seul radiateur réchauffe toute la pièce

Le logement est bien équipé, et bien décoré. Celui ci est fonctionnel et la literie y est confortable.

Petit bémol pour le manque de place de parking nous avons eu du mal à trouver une place mais en ville c'est souvent le cas malheureusement.

Très joli petit appartement tout neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour.
Lit de la "chambre" très confortable.
Propriétaire réactif et disponible.

Un sèche serviettes serait appréciable dans la salle de bain. Cet appartement est parfait pour un court séjour car pas beaucoup de possibilités pour ranger les vêtements.
Lit d'appoint genre futon peu confortable.

Nous n'avons pas su faire marcher la télévision pour regarder les chaînes basiques françaises (TF1, FR2…)
Pas pu également se connecter à la WiFi qui était en mode sécurisé. En temps normal nous avons tous internet sur nos téléphones, mais nous en avions besoin pour télécharger pour l'avion.

Monolocale al piano terra situato all’interno di un cortile abbandonato in pessime condizioni con bidoni dell’ immondizia all’ingresso. Stanza umida, lenzuola ed asciugamani maleodoranti penso per l’umidità. Bagno senza piatto doccia, con conseguente allagamento dello stesso.
Brutta zona, per fortuna ci abbiamo passato solo una notte, lo sconsiglio vivamente.

An exceptional stay, great location close to Orly (We stopped there on the road from Versailles to Fontainebleau). The hosts are very friendly and caring, they served us an excellent breakfast.
The room had everything we could possibly need for a stay and was extremely clean.
We took an optional and very tasty meal for a very reasonable price.

Welcoming hosts. Lovely ground floor room, bathroom with twin sinks. Self catering area with free coffee and teas. Brilliant breakfast with fresh pastries, yoghurt, cereals and homemade apple tart! Doors onto garden. Quiet and up-market estate and convenient for getting to Paris ring roads.

Bit of a maze to get to, but my car satnav did the job. Toilet was just off living area but private to us.

The property was in a quiet area that felt safe walking to, no noise at night.

The bedroom doors didn’t have locks which was a bit uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.

1. unreasonable rules – you can’t stay in the room you paid for from 10am to 5pm
2. dirty kettle – some yellow things inside the kettle but you are not allowed to wash it in the kitchen or in the bathroom. the host was not understanding and said there’s nothing wrong with the dirty kettle.
3. private kitchen – the kitchen is stated in the list of facilities, however the host said that’s private, tenant cannot go inside
4. plane noise – plane noise is loud and you can clearly hear all the things people talking in the apartment
5. water refills – there is a bottle of water inside the room. the host said he refills water for tenant everyday however in fact he didn’t. and you are not allowed to go to the kitchen and refill by yourself.
6. weird sink – the design of the sink in the bathroom is weird. even if you lean forward, water still fell out. somehow the host misunderstood someone wasting the water but that’s all about the weird design of the sink.

The reason I chose this place was because it was very close to my friends house and also because this place had a 8.8 rating
The photos of the location did not at all resemble what it looked like in reality. The room with bed looked old and dilapidated and so did the rest of the apartment on the 8th floor.
Not really what you would expect from an 8.8 review out of 100 reviews for that reason I don't think these reviews can be real. I was recently in Bosnia and there we also made a booking on a similar advertisement but there the apartment was as good as new with air conditioning small kitchen shower etc .. that was definitely worth an 8 but I wouldn't even rate this place so bad it was in every way. In my opinion something is very wrong here as how is it possible to get such a rating?

Difficult communication to enter the property (I called the indicated number, who told me to call another number, which didn't answer, so I had to call back the original number so he would contact his friend to let me in). It would be just easier to tell which number to call on the interphone!

– une caution de 50€ est susceptible de vous être demandé si vous restez plus de deux nuits
– chien dans l'appartement (7e étage)

– Prix très cher pour un service équivalent à celui d'un hôtel premiers prix
– les personnes nous ont accueilli en retard, nous avons attendu chez la voisine
