"Great apartment in the heart of Binic”

Excellent apartment in the heart of Binic. The apartment is very well maintained and has great facilities. We especially appreciated the booklet we received in advance, which included all the necessary information on how to get there, collect the keys, where to park, etc. This made everything very easy.
The apartment was clean and also very quiet, considering it is located in the main pedestrian area.

One thing to be aware off, if you are planning to stay for a longer period, is that there is little room to store clothes/luggage, which means you may have to live out of your suitcase. This is a very minor detail, though.

The apartment is conveniently located in the town center and is very well equipped. We had a great stay – I can only recommend it.

the location is perfect for the village, and the apartment was stylish and very well equipped. we enjoyed playing some of the board games…. and of course the spa bath and sauna were a very special treat (all instructions were simple and clear)

Super nice appartement for a couple. The kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. We enjoyed very much to sit and read on the small balcony. We loved the village with beach, good walks, good restaurants and a nice maritime environment.

La déco est superbe, beaucoup de goût, on se sent dans un cocon, decrir et couleurs chaleureuses. Il y a même une arrière cours très sympa.
On peut se garer pas loin stationnement gratuit.
Il faut ensuite aller dans une rue piétonne juste derrière les restau/bars qui longent le port. Christophe est très accueillant et comprehensif.

Le logement est agréable et confortable.
Les murs du logements sont très spécifiques. Différents personnages sont peints. J'aime beaucoup. 🙂
Jolie chambre, lit confortable.
Cuisine et salon avec la télé.

Le seul petit truc c'est qu'il manquait des tasses ou des bols pour le petit déjeuner.
Rien à ajouter de plus.

L odeur d humidité , le manque de vaisselle ( bols, plats, ciseaux,…),..
Le bruit de la rue en fin de soirée pour la personne qui dort ds le clic clac…

Manque un lave vaisselle et un four , humide en cette saison donc le linge prend du temps à sécher en ouvrant toute la journée volets baissés de chaque côté pour créer un courant d'air c'est mieux, on pourrait flouter la fenêtre sur rue, trouver un autre emplacement pour les poubelles dont l'odeur rentre dans l'appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé à 2 pas du port et de la plage,en plein centre-ville, la Chambre est spacieuse et l'appartement très conforme aux photos, la déco très sympa.

Nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait de vaisselle, notamment de bols, nous avons été contraints d'en acheter, un peu embêtant que la salle de bains /wc soient accessibles par la chambre, quand on est plusieurs ça n'est pas idéal, le logement est un peu sombre et humide et la terrasse n'est pas vraiment fonctionnelle.

The room felt like someone's bedroom- which it was! Drawers still full of personal possessions. Shared bathroom and toilet.

Dinner was very good value and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location on the beach was superb. Great views and very quiet. A lovely walk into the town with plenty of bird life on the beach at night. Beautiful.
The staff were all so helpful and courteous, making us feel very welcome. The gentleman on reception, even lent us his own umbrella. Thank you!

Whilst the room was very clean, it would have been nice to have had a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. parking was limited in October.

Great location at the beach with sea view from the room. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Quiet street. Free parking near the hotel. Several restaurants at walking distance.

very clean and I mean very. it was very nice. And a very comfortable bed.
breakfast was also very decent (additional cost of 12€ pp)

rooms were sort of small but still ok.

Location, rooms, comfort, staff friendliness were all excellent. Breakfast was nice but a bit too expensive compared to price of room. La patronne was very gracious to all of us and came to the rescue of one friend who forgot her key after 9 pm.

Lack of Wi-fi on last 3 days of 4-day stay was inconvenient.

Family suite was very very comfortable and spacious. Boulangerie just behind with lovely products

Hotel was a bit scruffy from the outside and on a fairly busy road, but was in the centre of the action.

Very nicely decorated – modern and stylish design touches throughout. Great facilities with new kitchen equipment and Google Chromecast a nice feature on the TV meaning linking to Spotify, YouTube etc from a phone was simple (why don't more places have that?). Great location next to many bars, restaurants and one street back from the waterfront.

No view, but that wasn't advertised so that's ok. Rear external courtyard ok for a bicycle but open to all users of the building.

C’est un lieu agréable, confortable, calme, très bien positionné pour visiter les très beaux endroits alentours. Les hôtes sont aussi agréables et réactifs. À refaire 😃
