Modernes, freundliches Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, im Industriegebiet

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das Hotel wirkt von aussen und der Lage her nicht so schön, Industriegebiet (Ab 21:00 stand eine Dame des horizontalen Gewerbes in der Nähe)…ABER:
Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr ruhig. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool nett und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück auch sehr reichhaltig und gut (man kann sogar frische Orangen pressen). Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen, mit dem Auto ist man jedoch vom (eingezäunten) Parkplatz in 6-7 Minuten in der Colmarer Innenstadt. Es hat viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. die Freiheitsstatue ist direkt am Hotel. Der Flughafen direkt am Hotel stört nicht, es fliegen nur wenige kleine Sportmaschinen, nachts gar nicht.

Quarto com boas condições, ar condicionado incrível e água muito quente na casa de banho (necessário para quem vai na época dos mercados devido às temperaturas).
Equipa esforçada, maioritariamente jovem, sem falar bem outra língua além do francês mas tentam ajudar da melhor forma.
Pequeno almoço muito bom, jantamos no hotel a um preço mais acessível do que em restaurantes (e com boa qualidade!)… Tivemos a sorte de ter água, chá e café disponível a qualquer hora (self service) e chocolate quente e vinho quente a pedido na receção de forma gratuita… Ainda nos ofereceram uma compota no check out! Pormenores simples que fazem diferença!
Único senão, a distância do centro… A pé são uns 35min, tem autocarro muito perto (para nós, foi a melhor decisão) mas quem quiser ficar no centro depois das 19h40 tem mesmo de voltar a pé ou Uber porque deixa de haver autocarro… De resto, incrível! Ah, as almofadas têm de ser melhoradas, são muito moles 😅

걸어서 여기까지 오려니까 정말 힘들었다. 하필 주말이라 버스도 쉬었고… 숙소 자체는 괜찮았는데 나같은 배낭여행객은 여기서 자기보다는 조금 더 가서 스트라스부르에서 자는걸 추천.

Small rooms – very small! When booking, it says: 13 sqm… apparently, this includes the toilet section.
The Internet connection was terrible and at times completely down… not a good thing, if you otherwise depend on roaming.

clean hotel with low price. small room. good for short stays. I recommend if you have a car and will not spend much time in hotel. it is in an industrial area with nothing to do. city center is close by car. breakfast is good. I would stay again for 1-2 days.

"Very unsatisfying on forfeiting accommodation fees

I’m very not satisfy owner forfeit accommodation fees with my late check in at 11.15pm. There are no people at receptionist which closed at 10pm. We missed check in time due to long journey drive from Avignon for 8 hrs drive. That night super cool and luckily someone hotel customer open door for us. And we contacted Agoda for helping to reach out owner but unluckily failed to reach out anyone. At 2am, we decided continue drive to our next stop Paris for another 6 hours drive. This was dangerous drive with tired body and we stop sleep at petrol station. We missed our planned to visit Strasbourg.
owner said they leave the key, please provide evidence that you did it. This was not a way to solve on this, there were people help open the main entrance door during that cold night and nobody at reception that time. We wait there for Agoda help to contact owner however nobody pick up the call until 2am in the morning and we decided drive to Paris which about 600km away – and that was cool night and sleepy while drive. I am very dissatisfy and insists to raise dispute case onto the hotel owner. This is not responsible to their customer at all.

Stayed only for one night and to visit the christmas markets in the area.
The room was very good. Nice interior and very comfy.
Location is quite far from the tourist spots but if you have own transport would not be a problem.

Location is fine if you have a car (you need it!) and it is close to a private lake (not owned by the hotel). Most days hotel is very quiet, but one of the evenings there were a lot of noise from the neighbor lake where they fired a lot of loud fire crackers. Staff were friendly and helpful – and the hotel and rooms were very clean. I don't think you can get better value for your money (compared to e.g. the cheap F1 hotels, Roi Soleil is only 5 EUR extra per night but SO much better).

When we arrived at the hotel after 10 PM, the entrance was locked, and also no receptionist and employee stayed in the hotel till the next morning. But we could get a room key from an automatic machine equipped in front of the entrance after we inputted credit card number or reservation number. The room was quite clean, confortable, and soundproof. In breakfast they surved fresh meals and drinks with reasonable charge (only 5 Euro), but there is no vegetables.

The room we stayed was enough clean and confortable. The breakfast buffet is reasonable price only 5 Euro per person. We may use free space to park our car. If we are hungry or thirsty during staying, some drinks and light meals are available from dispenser equipped in the entrance.

Hotel location is pretty far. Its takes a 10 mins drive from city center to hotel. Hotel is situated near Colmar airport and Statue of Liberty. Hotel address was not able to be located through GPS. You may want to update your GPS maps. Generally, good hotel since its new. Nice ambiance and value for money for the price. Nothing much to see around the hotel, except for the Statue of Liberty. Suggest to get food elsewhere prior to heading to the hotel. Not much choices outside to eat unless u like steak which is just beside. Overall… nice, clean and quiet.

The only hotel I have stayed (mind you ten odd in a year), demanded payment right at the spot of checking in. It takes about 20 minutes by scheduled bus to get from town to hotel, last one shortly after 19:00 hours. Very clean and nicely designed hotel but very business feel. Good money for value though.

The hotel is new, the price is right. About a mile from the freeway. Our room was large enough, very well appointed. Nespresso machine, toilet separate from bathroom, safe, free wifi. Breakfast for a moderate price. Free parking. There's a restaurant conveniently located next door if you wan to find a dinner place. A car is needed to go into town. Very beautiful hotel.

Must drive if you choose this hotel because it's far away from Colmar city centre. The stay was really comfortable and we could see firework from our room. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. We didn't book for breakfast. Must make reservation on restaurants if you go to Colmar on holidays. Free wifi and car parking was provided.
