"Superb

The apartment was ideally situated for purselves as we like to be close to the town square. The apartment has barrier access and an allocated parking space. We like this apartment as it is very French in design. The louvre doors keep the rooms cool without the need for aircon. All rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfy, and with the apartment being very quiet, we slept well.
There is a Spar shop and bakeries very close by.
The staff member Alex was very friendly and helpful.
We recommend staying here.

The bathroom sink and kitchen sink plugs did not seal tight. The bathroom towels were only face towel size and a bit small after having a shower. There were no tea towels to dry the pots.

unfortunately the sheets were very scratchy and there was a plastic mattress protector that meant I woke up hot and really itchy. sounds bit princessey but normally would sleep through anything.

"The cost was reasonable, but the one thing we needed most, a good night's sleep, we didn't get.

The location of the apartment was handy, in the middle of town. Access was simple through clearly labelled shutters, behind which was the lockbox. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed.

When we arrived we couldn't find the allocated parking space and therefore parked right in front of the doors to the apartment, blocking the entry to another property, which was luckily unoccupied. (Perhaps a location plan for the parking space would be useful?) On entering the main bedroom, we found the bed unmade, with pillowcases and duvet on the floor. I texted the owner who, to his credit, did reply immediately and sent someone to make the bed and replace the bed linen. He was very apologetic and we accepted that there had been a mix-up.
My husband and I were in the main bedroom and our teenage daughter on the sofa bed in the living area. Our bed was soft and uncomfortable and after tossing and turning (and even trying to sleep across the bed!) we swapped beds with our daughter. This proved no better and we had a very poor night's sleep – not great as we were continuing on our long drive to Paris the following day. Also, the main water boiler is in the open plan kitchen/living area and is very noisy.
The bathroom was fine, but if there were any bath towels, we didn't find them. We only found small hand towels with which to dry ourselves.

"A single night in Issoire

The apartment was very French in style. There was easy access with parking. Located just off the main High street. The bedroom was cool and the bed really comfy.

The lighting in the bathroom was low and could have been better. The towels were very small and we needed bath towels after the shower.

"Perfect for an overnight stay

We stayed overnight en route to Argeles. This hotel was perfect for us, clean rooms, friendly staff and the secure car park was a bonus. We ate in the on site restaurant where there was generally a good choice but unfortunately not for vegetarians.
Overall very happy with this hotel though, would definitely stay again

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room waa very clean. The location was really convenient.

Chambre avec un éclairage principal nul, (n’éclair pas plus qu'une veilleuse) , volet très difficile à manœuvrer, pas de brosse dans les toilettes, plus de savon dans le distributeur de la douche. Il faut préciser que c’était la deuxième chambre car dans la première, la manivelle du volet était cassée ce qui le rendait impossible à ouvrir. Au départ personne à la réception. Après 10 minutes d'attente j'ai fini par déposer la carte et je suis parti.

J'avais réservé une chambre par internet, le prix a bien été débité de mon compte mais lorsque je me suis présentée à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste m'a dit que suite à un "problème sur les réservations internet", la chambre n'était pas disponible.
Quand je lui ai dit que la chambre était déjà payée, il a pris mon numéro de CB afin de me recréditer du montant. C'était le 1er juin, j'attends toujours!

Door de vele rokende gasten kon ik ook de ramen niet openzetten, werd ook 's nachts wakker van de sigarettenrook. Ben in behandeling voor mijn longen en heb onze vakantie onderbroken om naar Belgie te komen ( Dat was de reden van onze boeking )
Heb het gemeld aan de receptie, persoon was begripvol en heeft zich hiervoor verontschuldigd.

Etablissement économique d'un bon rapport qualité/prix qui cependant manque d'âme. C'est le type d'hôtel pratique, peu cher et juste pour se reposer une nuit au calme. Le personnel est accueillant et la localisation un peu isolée par rapport au centre ville. On peu cependant trouver de quoi se restaurer à proximité.

Very comfortable and clean and spacious apartment suitable for four people. The kitchen is well equipped, the air condition works well if needed. It is close to the centre of Issoire and shopping is nearby. We have spent four pleasant nights at this property.

The wi-fi signal is a bit weak at times.

The check-in was easy and communication with the host was fast. The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated and the location was very close to the center of town. Everything was clean and well-stocked. It was great having a full kitchen including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Overall a very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Wifi only worked in the large bedroom and was inconsistent. If the wifi were better, it would have been a perfect stay.

The location, the quiet area at night. Close enough to not use the car and be able to walk into town. Its a great town, would love to return in the future and will definitely stay at logis SAINT AUSTREMOINE. The kitchen had all that we needed.

La chasse d'eau des WC mériterait de se remplir plus rapidement et l'évier de la salle de bain a du mal à se vidanger mais ce sont des détails

Appartement spacieux, lumineux., fonctionnel avec terrasse, très calme. Il ne manque rien.
Possibilité d’aller au centre ville à pied, le marché du samedi matin est très grand.

On goûte les spécialités locales et c’est très bon.
