Nous avons réservé un appartement supérieur un lit double et un lit une personne pour 2 nuit week-end du 15 août.
Arrivés sur place on nous annonce un qu un studio est réservé et qu ils n ont rien d autre. Ah si nous revendre une autre chambre à 130 euros. Bilan des courses à la rue avec mes deux enfants en bas âge. Plus d hôtel à 100 kms à la ronde !! On a fini au camping…. Bref hôtel à fuir.

Bien enregistré sur le site de réservation pour 5 personnes mais à l’arrivée sur place, on nous annonce que les appartements sont prévus pour 4 personnes maxi. Heureusement l’accueil a été parfait et compétent pour nous trouver rapidement une solution sans supplément de prix. Les logements ne sont pas très spacieux et plutôt vieillots mais bien équipés et surtout le menage laisse vraiment à désirer. Dernier point qui a son importance l’accès au parking est très très étroit. Avec mon véhicule, un SUV de gabarit équivalent au bmw x5 ou Audi Q7, le parking en souterrain est impossible et le parking dans la cour arrière passe tout juste en frottant les pneus sur les trottoirs tout le long et en rabattant les retros. Le stationnement dans la rue est donc obligatoire pour les grosses voitures mais Le stationnement est payant aussi.

Nous avion reservé via booking deux chambres pour 3 adultes et 3 enfants comme confirmé// et nous avons eu deux chambres avec 2 x deux lits!!!! CHERCHER L'erreur et personne joignable a partir de 19H

"Great staff but very small bathroom

This is a small independent hotel close to centre with very helpful English speaking staff. There is private parking although you do need to book a place to be sure of getting one. Breakfast is traditional French and perfectly adequate.
We had a budget double room on the fourth floor that was reached by a tiny lift, barely able to accommodate two people and some luggage. The room wasn’t really big enough to have a double bed and a bathroom shoehorned into it. The bathroom itself was so narrow that standing at the sink meant your back was against the sliding door. We would stay there again but ask for a different room.

Nous avions pris un studio prévu pour quatre personnes. Nous n'étions heureusement que trois. Le "grand" lit n'est pas bien grand. Le studio lui-même n'est pas grand. La surface cuisine coin repas est d'environ 3 m2. La salle de bain est sans fioritures. Bref très cher pour ce que c'est. L'emplacement peut-être intéressant car proche des universités. Sinon chambre, hôtel et emplacement sans grands attraits.

I was agreeably surprised to find out that the hotel had been redecorated. The bedrooms are more modern and airy.The staff is friendly and the location is great.
A good quality/ price value for an exellent 3 stars hotel.

Beautifully furnished old mansion in Montpeyroux. With a view towards the volcanoes region. Nicely sized room, with great bed matress. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful owners. Small pool, with great views.

I went 1 time and was very badly welcomed. I wanted to make a 2nd trial but couldn't come due to strong sickness in my stomach. I warned them directly and via Agoda but no way to get my money back ! Please choose another place . Furthermore check in is at 5 p.m. and check out at 10 a.m.

The appartment was in a good location, walking distance to the village centre. Although the appartment advertises no parking we found parking on neighbouring streets at no cost.

"On a pu profiter de l'Auvergne dans de très bonnes conditions dans un logement sympa.

Une maison bien équipée dans une commune très sympa au centre de l'Auvergne. Départ de toutes les visites possibles dans le département. Vraiment bien… Tous les services à quelques dizaines de mètres…

Maison de bourg très verticale, la proximité de voisins très bruyants, inaccesible pour les voyageurs plus agés ou handicapés.

Si je dois être tatillon je dirais juste qu'il manque une carafe d'eau. Le fait que la chambre et la douche soient au 2ème étage avec un escalier à colimaçon peux gener les personnes ayant un problème de mobilité. Mais cela fait le charme du logement.

Petit appartement dans un quartier médiéval à proximité de Clermont mais aussi du massif du Sancy. L'ensemble est très bien optimisé pour passer un séjour très agréable. La propriétaire est facilement joignable pour récupérer les clés. Il y a quelques commerces de proximité à moins de 5 min à pieds.
